A water mat assembly having selectively attachable modular panels is disclosed. The water mat comprises a buoyant solid core insert that is inserted into a sleeve made of fabric. The sleeve may be couple to other sleeves to form an assembly of floating panels. The end panels may have grommeted ports for tethering the mat assembly to a dock or water vehicle.

A multipurpose watercraft has a pair of catamaran pontoons supported by way of a transverse control bar at forward regions thereof. The watercraft may have an arched equipment rack framework extending above rearward regions of the pontoons. The watercraft also has a pair of electric motor thrusters located respectively beneath each pontoon and the control bar comprises a pair of controls operable by hand, each control operable to control a respective thruster forwards or backwards. Alternatively, the thrusters may be remotely controlled. This configuration allows an operator to be pulled behind the control bar horizontally between the pontoons, snorkellers to be pulled behind the watercraft for recreational sightseeing and/or for remote-control rescue operations.

A watersport support system includes a flotation vest having a back surface, a front surface and side surfaces. At least one adjustment belt is positioned horizontally around the main body of the vest. A pair of tethers engage the adjustment belt along both sides of the vest, and a pair of handle gripping devices are removably connected to the end of the pair of tethers. Each of the handle gripping devices includes an elongated strap that terminates into a malleable curved gripper body, and a hand strap is positioned adjacent to each gripper body. As the user squeezes the gripper body and the tow handle, the pulling force from the handle is transferred from the user's arms to the pair of tethers and the adjustment strap that loops around the back of the user's torso. When the user releases the gripper body, the body disengages the handle.

An inflatable shuttle boat including a seat tube, a pair of exterior buoyancy tubes, and a pair of foot support tubes. The seat tube has an elongate, cylindrical outer surface that is centrally located and extends from a front end to an aft end, the seat tube sized for single-file, straddled seating of a plurality of riders on top of the cylindrical outer surface. The pair of exterior buoyancy tubes have an elongate shape providing exterior sides of the inflatable shuttle boat, each of the pair of exterior buoyancy tubes having a larger diameter and height than the seat tube and extend in a parallel disposition to the seat tube at right and left sides. The pair of foot support tubes have elongate shapes extending adjacent and parallel to the seat tube in coupled engagement between the pair of exterior buoyancy tubes and the seat tube.

A kit is for towing through water by a swimmer to transport items, which comprises: an inflatable flotation device and a dry bag (32). The flotation device comprises, when inflated, a lead portion (10a), two spaced side portions (10b, 10c) each extending rearwardly from the lead portion, and attachment means. The dry bag (32), which may be separate to the flotation device, has an openable, water-tight closure. The side portions, when the device is inflated, and the dry bag are respectively shaped to cooperate so that the side portions provide support for the dry bag. The flotation device including the attachment means is arranged to attach the dry bag to the flotation device such that the closure (34) is located above a lead portion of the flotation device. The kit is attachable to a tow leash (32) such that a swimmer can tow the flotation device with the dry bag attached in water and such that the lead portion leads through the water.

A kit is for towing through water by a swimmer to transport items, which comprises: an inflatable flotation device and a dry bag (32). The flotation device comprises, when inflated, a lead portion (10a), two spaced side portions (10b, 10c) each extending rearwardly from the lead portion, and attachment means. The dry bag (32), which may be separate to the flotation device, has an openable, water-tight closure. The side portions, when the device is inflated, and the dry bag are respectively shaped to cooperate so that the side portions provide support for the dry bag. The flotation device including the attachment means is arranged to attach the dry bag to the flotation device such that the closure (34) is located above a lead portion of the flotation device. The kit is attachable to a tow leash (32) such that a swimmer can tow the flotation device with the dry bag attached in water and such that the lead portion leads through the water.

Disclosed herein is a kit for attachment to a foam floatation mat for towing of the mat behind a motorboat. The kit includes binding plates for mounting to the flotation mat, the binding plates located proximate the first laterally extending edge and the also further away from the first laterally extending edge. The first binding plate secured to the mat is folded over atop another binding plate at which time fastening hardware is received into the aligned plurality of through holes joining together all the binding plates. Tow ropes are passed through an aligned plurality of tow rope holes such that two tow ropes are secured to the binding plates by at least one of a tow rope knot or fastening hardware.

Disclosed herein is a kit for attachment to a foam floatation mat for towing of the mat behind a motorboat. The kit includes binding plates for mounting to the flotation mat, the binding plates located proximate the first laterally extending edge and the also further away from the first laterally extending edge. The first binding plate secured to the mat is folded over atop another binding plate at which time fastening hardware is received into the aligned plurality of through holes joining together all the binding plates. Tow ropes are passed through an aligned plurality of tow rope holes such that two tow ropes are secured to the binding plates by at least one of a tow rope knot or fastening hardware.

The invention relates to a water board (2) made of a material that can float on water, having a support area (8), on which a user rests at least partially. To reduce the current forces acting on the user while holding on to and being towed behind a motorized watercraft (24), it is proposed that the water board (2) has, at a front-end area, an attachment segment (22) for the articulation of the water board (2) to the watercraft (24).
