An aircraft assembly with first and second seat rails for interlocking with an aircraft seat, and a systems component mounting member interlocked with those seat rails. The mounting member has a first anchor member interlocked with the first seat rail and a second anchor member interlocked with the second seat rail. The assembly includes an aircraft systems component mounted on the mounting member. Existing seat rails or tracks of the aircraft can be used for attachment of support brackets for aircraft systems components. A novel way of using existing seat rails to provide anchorage points for systems brackets for systems components is disclosed.

The at least one seat base assembly includes a seat pan, and is attached to a floor of an aircraft cabin. The at least one seatback assembly includes a support structure and a seatback couplable to the support structure. The seatback includes a surface contoured to a passenger profile. The support structure is couplable to the aircraft interior structure attached to the floor of the aircraft cabin via at least one quick-release mounting assembly, with components of the at least one quick-release mounting assembly being coupled to the support structure and the aircraft interior structure. The at least one seatback assembly is not directly coupled to the at least one seat base assembly.

Self-stowage assembly for a seat

A seat with self-stowage capability is provided. The seat includes a seat pan lever which is rotatable between stowed and open positions, a fixed seat structure and an elastic assembly. The fixed seat structure includes an annulus. The elastic assembly includes a damper and an arc-spring disposable within the annulus to permit first rotations of the seat pan lever from the stowed position to the open positions and to urge second rotations of the seat pan lever from the open positions to the stowed position.

The at least one link coordinates the seat pan and backrest motions such that upward lifting motion on the seat pan pushes the backrest vertically up for compact stowing and downward pivoting motion on the seat pan pulls the backrest vertically down.

In another embodiment, the pivot link system may be configured to pivotably extend the armrest cap and pivotably retract the armrest cap.

A contoured stowable seat is provided. The contoured stowable seat may comprise a housing, a seat pan, a contoured backrest, and a deployment lever. The contoured stowable seat may be configured to be in a stowed position and a deployed position. In response to the seat pan being in the deployed position, the deployment lever may contact the contoured backrest, causing the contoured backrest to deploy and form into a contoured shape. The contoured stowable seat may also further comprise a tension cord and a headrest. The contoured backrest may also further comprise a cushion located on the outer surface of the contoured backrest.

INTEGRATED PARTITION WALL ARRANGEMENT HAVING A CABIN ATTENDANT SEAT, CARRIER STRUCTURE AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING AND DESIGNING A CARRIER STRUCTURE OR A PARTITION WALL ARRANGEMENT

A partition wall arrangement for a cabin of a passenger aircraft includes a partition wall, a seat arrangement secured to the partition wall in an assembled state and containing a carrier structure, and at least one cabin attendant seat. The carrier structure contains a mechanically load-bearing wall structure for the partition wall, a mechanically load-bearing seat structure for the seat arrangement, and at least one fastening device in order to secure the wall structure and the seat structure to each other in the assembled state. In a method for producing the carrier structure or the partition wall arrangement, the wall structure or at least a main component thereof is produced as a milled component by milling out a solid material plate. In a design method, the entire carrier structure is subjected in the assembled state to a load path optimization.
