A moving body that can be transported in a state to stabilize the posture of the transport object, without affecting the transport object due to the inclination of the moving body when moving forward. A moving body comprising a holding mechanism that has a rotation unit that rotates in the pitch direction, and approximately horizontally holds an object to be transported from the side near the center of gravity of a transport unit capable of storage or above the center of gravity. Further, a moving body wherein the holding mechanism has a uniaxial rotation unit that rotates only in the pitch direction. Further, a moving body wherein the holding mechanism approximately horizontally holds the transport unit by active control. Alternatively, the holding mechanism approximately horizontally holds the transport unit by passive control.

An access management system includes a mobile device with a processor and a memory and a software platform including at least a processor and a memory. The software platform is configured to analyze data obtained from the mobile device and other devices connected to the software platform. Specifically, the software platform is operable to determine if an access key received, read, or captured by a mobile device matches an access key for an authorized account, object, device, or space for the mobile device, and to provide access to the mobile device if the access key received, read, or captured by the mobile device matches the authorized access key.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM

An information processing device determines, based on location information of a plurality of delivery destinations for package delivery: one or a plurality of first delivery destinations for package delivery by a vehicle; and one or a plurality of second delivery destinations for package delivery by a drone mounted on the vehicle. In addition, the information processing device determines: a travel route including a route for the vehicle to perform package delivery to the one or plurality of first delivery destinations; a first point on the travel route for the drone to start flying from the vehicle to the one or plurality of second delivery destinations; and a second point on the travel route for the drone to return to the vehicle.

Systems and methods facilitating street-level interactions between flying drones and on-road vehicles

An exchange network comprising a plurality of exchange stations, in which each of the exchange stations comprises at least one drone operative to function as a flying crane, a temporary storage space, and at least one designated stopping area for on-road vehicles operative to carry cargo. Each of the exchange stations uses the respective local crane-drones to unload cargo from certain vehicles arriving at one of the respective local designated stopping areas, temporary store the cargo, and then load the cargo onboard certain other vehicles arriving at one of the respective local designated stopping areas, thereby exchanging carriers, and thus generating a transport route for the cargo which is the combination of different parts of transport routes of different carriers. The exchange network may use predetermined routes of many scheduled carriers to plan a routing scheme for the cargo, thereby propagating the cargo between exchange stations in a networked fashion.
