Coil packaging line and method
A processing line for packaging coils has a first conveyor, a sortation table, a pallet loader for placing a pallet on the sortation table, a coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from a discharge of the first conveyor to the sortation table, and a control. The control is configured to control: (i) the sortation table to move to an open position adjacent the pallet loader; (ii) the pallet loader to place a pallet at the open position of the sortation table; (iii) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is adjacent the discharge of the first conveyor; (iv) the coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from the discharge of the first conveyor on to the pallet; and (v) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is away from the discharge of the first conveyor. A similar method is provided.

ORDER MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED LOGISTICS BASED ON ON-DEMAND BOX SUPPLYING
An order management system and method for automated logistics based on-demand box supplying is disclosed. The system pre-estimates a dimension required by all of the merchandise according to an order data, and selects a sheet material according to the size to form a finished container. The dimension of the unfolded sheet material before folding into the finished container is quite small. In terms of warehouse space utilization, a space required by a single finished and folded box is able to stack dozens of sheet materials, so that the warehousing efficiency is greatly improved. By integrating with a box folding module and a sealing module, fully automated logistics can be achieved with human intervention.

Systems and methods for stacking product
A product stacking system may include an open bag detection subsystem and a product stacking subsystem. The open bag detection subsystem may agitate bags to cause product to be displaced out of open bags and determine if a bag is open by comparing a weight of the bag after the agitation to a target threshold. The product stacking subsystem may include a robotic arm and a controller that moves the robotic arm between posts of a bin based on an orientation of the bin. A turntable rotates the bin and can operate as an additional axis of movement of the robot.
