A filling station for filling the bags in characterised in that the filling device comprises at least one layer movement device (30) for moving the at least one layer of the bag relative to the at least one second layer, with which the layers of the bag can be acted upon, wherein the layer movement device is arranged in front of the filling station.
ZERO VENT POUCH FILLER
Example embodiments relate to a system for filling a stand-up pouch. The system includes a pouch fill injector having a pouch fill spout, a seal jaw assembly having a first jaw and second jaw with receiving areas to interface with the pouch fill tube, and a pouch opening device to open an end of a pouch. Unlike prior art systems, the system of example embodiments does not require a vacuum assist to fill a stand-up pouch.
PEANUT WHOLE- PROCESS PRODUCTION LINE AND METHOD
The present disclosure provides a peanut whole-process production line and a method. The peanut whole-process production line includes a peanut cleaning system, a shell breaking system, a skin removing system, a peanut kernel classification system, an ultra-fine pulverization system and a classification packaging system; a first procedure is cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, breaking of peanut shells is performed after the cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, removal of peanut kernel skins and ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells are respectively performed after the breaking of peanut shells, classification of peanut kernels is performed after the removal of peanut kernel skins, and classification packaging of ultra-fine peanut shell powder is performed after the ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells; whole-process processing of peanuts is completed by using the peanut whole-process production line, and peanut resources are fully utilized.
SANITARY FILL HEAD
A filler head apparatus 20 for hygienically filling and emptying containers 22 through a fitment 24 incorporated with the container 22 includes a cylindrical outer housing 30 for receiving a hollow bore inner cylinder 32 which is actuated to simultaneously reciprocate and rotate about a central axis 33 within the outer housing. A transfer tube assembly 34 is mounted to the inner cylinder 32 to travel with the inner cylinder between an extended position engaged with the fitment 24 and a retracted position disengage from the fitment. When the transfer tube assembly is engaged with the fitment, flowable content or product may be transferred to or from the container 22. A fitment cap assembly 36 is also mounted to the inner cylinder 22 to travel with the inner cylinder to remove the cap 38 of the fitment 24 prior to either filling or emptying the container 22, and then to retract to a standby position while the container is filled/emptied, and thereafter replacing the fitment cap after filling/emptying has been completed.

Automatic bag filling machine with several filling stations
A machine for filling bags with loose products extends along a longitudinal direction of advancing movement of the bags. The machine includes a station for feeding a bag to a pick-up position, and a plurality of filling stations for filling a respective bag, arranged in succession along the longitudinal direction, downstream of the pick-up position. The bags are picked up and transported from one station to another station. The pick-up position and filling stations are arranged at a predefined and equal distance from each other, corresponding to a step between adjacent stations in the longitudinal direction. The bags are transported by performing single translation movements in the longitudinal direction.
