The invention relates to a device (1) for filling containers for bags (B) of smokeless tobacco, specifically tobacco of the snus type, comprising an infeed station (2) configured for feeding at least one succession of inner frames (T), a filling station (3) configured to feed a succession of individual bags (B) of smokeless tobacco to a respective inner frame (T), a release station (5) configured for releasing at least one succession of inner frames (T) which are full of bags (B), a conveyor (6) defining a feed line which passes through the infeed station (2), the filling station (3) and the release station (5) and which has at least one housing (6a) configured to hold and move a respective inner frame (T) from the infeed station (2) to the release station (5) by way of the filling station (3), suction means (7) disposed in the filling station (3) and configured to apply pneumatic suction in the housing (6a) of the conveyor (6) disposed in the filling station (3) and rotation means (8) disposed in the filling station (3) and confronting the housing (6a) of the conveyor (6) disposed in the filling station (3). A liner machine for applying a sealing compound to a can end or lid. The liner machine includes a motor drive dual turret system. The turret system is installed at the top of a table or platform surface and two turrets rotate in opposition directions from one another, simultaneously or independently at same or different times. Each turret includes a plurality of workstations which extend out from each turret facing away from each other. The workstations receive an individual lid, which is delivered via a starwheel from a downstacker to each turret system. Each rotates in a direction that is opposite the direction that its respective turret system rotates, and in a direction that is opposite the direction that the other starwheel rotates. Sealant injectors in the turret systems apply sealant to each lid as the lids rotate around each turret system.

TRANSFER DEVICE AND TRANSFER PROCESS

In a transfer device and a process for discrete elements, fed in a line with a predetermined spacing, variations in the dimensions of the discrete elements resulting in a variation in a release spot included in a release segment, are absorbed by an alignment of the receiving elements. A transport device of the transfer device has receiving elements, each configured to receive a respective discrete element and moving along a transport path at a predetermined speed. The discrete elements are transported on a release device of the transfer device along a release path with a linear development. The release path has a release segment intersecting the transport path at a receiving segment of the transport path. The transport device includes a moving mechanism for the receiving elements to align the receiving elements at the receiving segment, where the release segment is superimposed on the transport path at the receiving segment.

TRANSFER DEVICE AND TRANSFER PROCESS

In a transfer device and a process for discrete elements, fed in a line with a predetermined spacing, variations in the dimensions of the discrete elements resulting in a variation in a release spot included in a release segment, are absorbed by an alignment of the receiving elements. A transport device of the transfer device has receiving elements, each configured to receive a respective discrete element and moving along a transport path at a predetermined speed. The discrete elements are transported on a release device of the transfer device along a release path with a linear development. The release path has a release segment intersecting the transport path at a receiving segment of the transport path. The transport device includes a moving mechanism for the receiving elements to align the receiving elements at the receiving segment, where the release segment is superimposed on the transport path at the receiving segment.

A bag processing system includes: a conveyance mechanism which includes: a plurality of support devices being able to support and release bags; and a conveyance drive device moving the plurality of support devices intermittently; a liquid introduction device which introduces a liquid into the bags supported by the plurality of support devices; and a conveyance control device which controls the conveyance drive device, wherein: the conveyance drive device moves the plurality of support devices in such a manner that the plurality of support devices exhibit same acceleration-deceleration behavior between each other, and the conveyance control device controls the conveyance drive device to accelerate or decelerate the plurality of support devices in such a manner that shaking of the liquid in the bags is reduced.

UNIT AND METHOD FOR THE MOVEMENT AND FILLING OF A CONTAINER, APPARATUS WITH SUCH A UNIT

A movement and filling unit of a container includes a movement and filling equipment. The equipment includes in turn: a frame, a metering member configured to release a filling product through a release opening, a movement device moveably secured to the frame, a housing with at least one seat, secured to the movement device. The movement device is configured to move the at least one seat along a movement trajectory where the following positions are defined: a removal position in which the container is housed in the at least one seat, a filling position in which the at least one seat is vertically aligned at a position under the release opening, and a release position in which the container with the product is removed from the at least one seat.

UNIT AND METHOD FOR THE MOVEMENT AND FILLING OF A CONTAINER, APPARATUS WITH SUCH A UNIT

A movement and filling unit of a container includes a movement and filling equipment. The equipment includes in turn: a frame, a metering member configured to release a filling product through a release opening, a movement device moveably secured to the frame, a housing with at least one seat, secured to the movement device. The movement device is configured to move the at least one seat along a movement trajectory where the following positions are defined: a removal position in which the container is housed in the at least one seat, a filling position in which the at least one seat is vertically aligned at a position under the release opening, and a release position in which the container with the product is removed from the at least one seat.
