Recyclable pouches formed from rollstock and having a resealable closure that extends into both side edges of the pouch may be produced at high speeds on a single manufacturing line in which the pouches are formed, cut apart, filled, and then sealed if the film forming the pouch comprises a recyclable heat seal layer and a second recyclable layer having a melting temperature of at least 30° C. greater than the heat seal layer.

The present invention relates to a plush toy parcel, and particularly to a plush toy parcel that includes one or more parcel panels that are fabricated from one or more material sheets. The parcel panels are fastened together forming a pocket having a pocket opening along at least one edge, one or more inner panel surfaces, and one or more outer panel surfaces. One or more arms are part of the parcel panel and are positioned proximate to the pocket opening in a manner that tying the arms together closes the pocket opening. A postal indicia is inscribed or a label fastened to the inner panel surface, the postal indicia is only visible when the pocket is turned inside out. The postal indicia effectuates the shipping of the plush toy parcel.

A surgical gown folded in a unique pattern that provides for a smaller sized gown that can be packaged in a smaller sized outer wrap as well as provide for an easily donnable gown that maintains its sterility. The inflatable packaging can have two or more of such rows separated by a line of weakness. Each pouch has a front wall, a rear wall, a base, and an open-top for storing the glass bottle. Two adjacent pouches are separated by a dividing panel, wherein the dividing panel is corrugated in a biconcave shape.
