BIB TIE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
A system is configured to automatically band a product with a portion of twist tie material and includes a tying machine which includes a twisting barrel, a tie payout assembly, a tie feeding assembly, a main drive belt, and a tying ring. The tie payout assembly includes a spool shaft configured for mounting a tie spool of the twist tie material. The tie feeding assembly is configured to receive the twist tie material from the tie payout assembly and includes a feedroller, a nip roller, a forward feedroll clutch, a reverse feedroll clutch, and a feedroll belt. The nip roller is configured to contact the feedroller with the twist tie material therebetween. The forward feedroll clutch is engageable with a forward feedroll pulley that surrounds a forward feedroll shaft. The reverse feedroll clutch is engageable with a reverse feedroll pulley that surrounds a reverse feedroll shaft.

BINDER
A binding tool includes a pair of leg portions and a central portion that is provided between the pair of leg portions. The binding tool is formed in a horseshoe shape and is capable of binding an object to be bound by bending the pair of leg portions inward. The pair of leg portions are arranged to be deviated from each other in a front-rear direction as viewed in a thickness direction.

Knot tying device and method
A knot tying device is provided. The knot typing device includes a support with a gripper element with one end of the gripper element rotatably connected to the support, and the other end capable of being pressed on and released from the support; a gripper mechanism to grip a free end of a strand of material and carry the strand of material to wrap around the support capable of rising and falling; and a stripping mechanism to separate the strand of material wrapped around the support from the support to form a knot.
BINDER, AND BINDER PACKET
There is provided a binder configured to bind a bound member by being struck out from a binding machine. The binder includes a substantially U-shaped base member that is plastically deformable, and a surface member that is provided on a surface of the base member. There is also provided a coupled binder including plural binders. Each of the binders is coupled to other of the binders on front and back surfaces thereof. The front and back surfaces of each of the binders are not provided with the surface member.

KNOT TYING DEVICE AND METHOD
A knot tying device, comprises: a support with a gripper element with one end of the gripper element rotatably connected to the support, and the other end capable of being pressed on and released from the support; a gripper mechanism to grip a free end of a strand of material and carry the strand of material to wrap around the support capable of rising and falling; and a stripping mechanism to separate the strand of material wrapped around the support from the support to form a knot. After the gripper mechanism carries the strand of material to wrap around the support at a position below the gripper element by at least half of a circle, the support falls so that the strand of material passes through the gripper element, and the gripper element is pressed on the support to make the free end of the strand of material fixedly gripped between the gripper element and the support.
