WEIGHING AND PACKAGING SYSTEM
In a weighing and packaging system 1, an analysis unit 714 ascertains a fluctuation tendency in a time series for a measured value of information pertaining to a time in which a group of articles C passes between a light-projecting unit 27a and a light-receiving unit 27b of a detection sensor 27 of a bag-making and packaging unit 3, and adjusts a transverse seal timing or a cycle time in accordance with the fluctuation tendency. As a result, articles can be prevented in advance from being bitten during transverse sealing.

FILLING/SEALING DEVICE FOR CONTAINER
A filling device with a filling failure is identified less costly, and the filling amount by the filling device is adjusted quickly. The filling/sealing device includes a filler including a filling turret having a plurality of holding parts and a filling device provided for each of the holding parts to fill a container with a liquid content, forwarding turrets that hold and turret-convey a container transported from the filling turret, a sealing device that seals the container transported from the forwarding turrets with a lid, an inspection device provided in the path, in which the container is held and turret-conveyed, to inspect a filling amount in the container, and a controller that identifies a filling device with a filling failure on the basis of an inspection result from the inspection device and controls the filling amount by the filling device.
PLANT FOR PACKAGING ARTICLES, IN PARTICULAR CONTAINERS, COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO MODULAR APPARATUS FOR FILLING AND CLOSING RANDOMLY FED ARTICLES
Plant for packaging articles to be filled with a product and closed with a closing element, comprising at least two modular apparatus for filling and closing randomly fed articles, each configured with a filling station and a closing station; the plant further comprising an extraction system for transporting the filled and closed articles, with an extraction plane on which the filled and closed articles are transported in a longitudinal direction and are arranged with a predefined extraction orientation and/or position and in an extraction sense from upstream to downstream; wherein said at least two modular filling and closing apparatus are arranged in series from upstream to downstream along the longitudinal direction and are configured to position the respective filled and closed articles on the same extraction plane in order to obtain a common flow of articles being extracted.
Apparatus for packaging an item
A system and process of printing a package of expanded material (e.g., expanded starch, foam or other expanded material). The expanded material can be heated and extruded, poured, sprayed, or otherwise applied in malleable form that sets up to become a porous protective covering for an item to be packaged. In an example, a layer of expanded material is laid down, and the item in a protective covering (e.g., a plastic bag, sleeve, coating, etc.) is positioned on the layer of expanded material. Additional layers or expanded material may be applied, thereby encasing the item. The top surface of the expanded material may be flattened, such as by operation of a roller, press, or cutter. The top surface may be sprayed with a shellac sealant, paint, or other coating, to allow printing of a label on the top surface.
Device for packaging of medicine-units
The invention relates to a device for packaging of medicine-units, comprising a controllable conveyor for conveying a packaging film extending in a longitudinal direction along a path through the device in a direction of conveyance, a first controllable medicine-unit dispensing device positioned at a first location along the path, at least one second controllable medicine-unit dispensing device, positioned at a second location along the path downstream in the conveying direction relative to the first controllable medicine-unit delivery device, a controller, arranged for controlling the conveyor for moving stepwise in the direction of conveyance and simultaneously controlling the first and at least second dispensing device for dispensing a medicine-unit between displacement steps of the conveyor.

ORDER MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED LOGISTICS BASED ON ON-DEMAND BOX SUPPLYING
An order management system and method for automated logistics based on-demand box supplying is disclosed. The system pre-estimates a dimension required by all of the merchandise according to an order data, and selects a sheet material according to the size to form a finished container. The dimension of the unfolded sheet material before folding into the finished container is quite small. In terms of warehouse space utilization, a space required by a single finished and folded box is able to stack dozens of sheet materials, so that the warehousing efficiency is greatly improved. By integrating with a box folding module and a sealing module, fully automated logistics can be achieved with human intervention.
