Core of high-efficiency and high-speed carton sealer and method for using the same
A key component of a high-efficiency and high-speed carton sealer, i.e., a core, and the high-speed carton sealer is an important device for a high-speed packaging production line. The design of the core uses the second cylinder to control a return spring and a limit spring with one end freely set and the other end adjustable, which successfully solves the problems of the damage to the carton caused by its high-speed moving carton impacting the front wheel and rear wheel recovery speed not promptly enough to wipe the tape on the back of the carton, and it is also possible to use a soft carton. Accordingly, the core of the high-speed carton sealer is realized.

Plant for packaging articles to be filled with a product and closed with a closing element, comprising at least two modular apparatus for filling and closing randomly fed articles, each configured with a filling station and a closing station; the plant further comprising an extraction system for transporting the filled and closed articles, with an extraction plane on which the filled and closed articles are transported in a longitudinal direction and are arranged with a predefined extraction orientation and/or position and in an extraction sense from upstream to downstream; wherein said at least two modular filling and closing apparatus are arranged in series from upstream to downstream along the longitudinal direction and are configured to position the respective filled and closed articles on the same extraction plane in order to obtain a common flow of articles being extracted.
Containment force-based wrapping
Control of a wrapping apparatus is facilitated by enabling an operator to input a load containment force requirement and/or a minimum number of layers of packaging material to be applied to a load, with a wrap control system automatically determining wrap force and other parameters required to meet user input requirements and/or parameters to minimize the expertise required of an operator and to provide more consistent and reliable wrapping of loads. In addition, a wrapping apparatus may be controlled to apply at least a minimum number of layers of packaging material to a load throughout a contiguous region thereof.
BOX FORMING APPARATUS AND BOX FORMING AND PACKING SYSTEM
A box forming apparatus includes first holders configured to hold a first side surface of a cardboard sheet, second holders configured to hold a second side surface of the cardboard sheet, an arm, a first mover, and a second mover. The arm has a support that supports the first and the second holders. The first mover changes a position of the first holders relative to the second holders while the arm is being rotated to open the cardboard sheet. The second mover moves the arm in association with opening of the cardboard sheet so that, when the cardboard sheet has been opened, the second mover will have moved the support a predetermined distance in a second direction opposite a first direction, which is a direction heading from a rotational center of the arm to a distal end of the arm.
Case unpacking system and method
A product unpacking system includes a work surface at a first height and a product unloading position at a second height. An adjustable cutter is positioned adjacent to the work surface and configured to cut a plurality of sides of each case. A case movement device, such as a robot or manual mover, is configured to retrieve a case from a group of cases and move the case to the cutter to cut a plurality of sides of the case. The case movement device may then move the cut case to an unload position over a product container to allow products within the case to drop into the product container. A system of conveyors may be used to convey empty product containers toward the work surface and to convey filled product containers away from the work surface. The system may be automated to receive recipe information for each case to be unloaded and modify parameters of the system based on the case.
Systems and processes for packing articles of footwear
Systems and processes for packing complementary articles of footwear into a container are disclosed. The processes can include utilizing a reusable packing sheet positioned underneath complementary articles of footwear to transfer the complementary articles of footwear into a container. The processes can also include removing the reusable packing sheet from underneath the complementary articles of footwear while the complementary articles of footwear remain positioned in the container. Additional processes can include aligning and sizing complementary articles of footwear for packing in a container.

A slide block-based positioning mechanism and an automatic tie tool having the same. The slide block-based positioning mechanism includes a slide block and a guide rail. The slide block fits the guide rail. The guide rail limits five degrees of freedom of the slide block. The slide block slides in a length direction of the guide rail. A head portion of a tie is arranged at a predetermined position at the slide block. The slide block pushes the tie from the predetermined position to a tie installation position.
Device used to handle articles to be packaged and method used to adapt a device for the transport of articles intended for packaging
A device (1) handling articles comprises at least one work module (30), which can move packages with article placed on a first packaging type and at least one folding mechanism (45) used to erect back and/or front flaps of the first packaging type. Another component of the device (1) is at least one transport module (20), with a transport device (2), along which articles intended for packages of a second packaging type move, where the second packaging type differs from the first packaging type. The at least one folding mechanism (45) and the transport device (2) alternate between an operating position (BP) and a waiting position (WP). The operating positions (BP) and the waiting positions (WP) are configured such that the at least one folding mechanism (45) is disposed exclusively adjacent to the right side or to the left side of the transport means (2).
BAND-WIDTH-ADJUSTABLE BANDEROLING MACHINE
A curved guide of a band-width-adjustable banderoling machine and a corresponding insert allow the curved guide to be adapted to bands of different widths. The curved guide mounted on the banderoling machine has a band guiding surface which is restricted on a first side and unrestricted on a second side. The insert has a restriction surface which, in the assembled state, is intersected by the continuation of the band guiding surface. The restriction surface is selected in such a way that in the assembled state the distance between the first side of the band guiding surface and the restriction surface is adapted to the width of the desired band. The restriction surface of the insert restricts the band guiding surface on the second side. In addition to such an adaptable curved guide, a banderoling machine preferably also comprises an adaptable band drive with an at least partially replaceable band channel.

A packaging system has a system for assembling a package, a method for assembling a package, and a machine for assembling a package. The packaging system comprises at least one main transportation unit (104) and at least one moveable closed loop transportation unit (102), where the at least one moveable closed loop transportation unit (102) moves three-dimensionally with respect to the at least one main transportation unit (104) for providing the packaging material components to the main transportation unit (104) and/or performing packaging process operations to a package in assembly present at the main transportation unit (104). The at least one moveable closed loop transportation unit (102) includes a number of tools mounted on independently motion-controlled movers for providing the packaging material components to the package in assembly and/or providing the packaging operations to the packaging in assembly. In addition, the present invention also provides systems, methods, and machines for assembly of any other article.
