Clothing Compression Press And Method Of Compressing Clothing
A clothing compression press that is of a sufficient height so as to compact clothing for baling in a single pass of a piston within the chamber. The press includes an inner cavity defined by a base with a front wall, a back wall and first and second sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom. A plate extends within the inner cavity which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder from a first position spaced apart from the base to a second position proximate the base, to in turn, compress clothing between the plate and the base.

Apparatus for processing bales, for agricultural machines
An apparatus for processing bales, for agricultural machines provided with a chamber for forming a substantially cylindrical bale. The apparatus includes at least one structure for supporting a reel of banded material, of the type of a net, a polymeric film, and the like, designed to wrap the bale. The apparatus includes means of movement of a device for the transfer and delivery of an end flap of the reel to the forming chamber; such device is provided with an end blade which can move along a work path, from a first limit position, in which the blade is proximate to the reel supported by the structure, for the withdrawal of the end flap, to a second limit position, in which the blade is facing toward the chamber, for the delivery of the flap to the chamber, and vice versa, such limit positions having substantially the same height from the ground.

Automated closing systems
Systems and methods for an automated paper cone closing machine are disclosed. A paper cone closing machine may comprise a plurality of tamping rods, a pair of plates, and a plurality of ejection rods arranged above a tray shuttle. The plurality of tamping rods for compacting a material contained in a plurality of paper rolls removeably received in the tray shuttle in a row. The pair of plates for pressing on the top of each paper roll to flatten the top of each paper roll into a flap. The plurality of ejection rods configured to press on the flap of each paper roll to press the flap into a top of each paper roll into a dimple thereby closing each paper roll.

Unit and method for filling containing elements of single-use capsules for extraction or infusion beverages
Described is a unit for filling containing elements (2) of single-use capsules (3) with a dose (33) of product for extraction or infusion beverages, comprising: a line (4) for transporting containing elements (2); a station (SR) for filling the containing elements (2) with a dose (33) of product which comprises: at least a first containing seat (S1) designed to receive a dose (33) of product; a substation (ST1) for forming the dose (33) provided with a device (6) for releasing a predetermined quantity of product defining the dose (33) inside the first containing seat (S1), the release device (6) comprising a hopper (38) and at least one rotary element (40a) having a helical profile which extends between a first end and a second end, configured to rotate about a respective axis (X4) of rotation; a drive and control unit (15) configured to drive the rotary element (40a) according to a speed of rotation variable as a function of an angular position of the first end of the rotary unit (40a).
Methods for packaging cushions with elastomeric cushioning elements
A method for packaging a cushion includes coating a cushioning element with a powder while the cushioning element is in an expanded state and then compressing the cushion to a compressed state. As the cushioning element is compressed, the powder prevents surfaces of the cushioning element (e.g., surfaces of intersecting walls that define hollow buckling columns of a cushioning element formed from an elastomeric polymer extended with a plasticizer, etc.) from adhering to each other. The powder may allow the cushioning element to substantially return to its expanded state substantially immediately following removal of a compressive force from the cushioning element.

Method and apparatus for forming a package comprising a stack of absorbent tissue paper material and a packaging
A method for forming a package including a stack of absorbent tissue paper material and a packaging, the tissue paper material in the stack forming panels having a length, and a width perpendicular to the length, the panels being piled on top of each other to form a height extending between a first end surface and a second end surface of the stack, and the packaging encircling the stack so as to maintain the stack in a compressed condition in the package, with a selected packing density D0 of the stack, and a selected packing height H0; the method including: forming the stack of absorbent tissue paper material; compressing each portion of the stack in a direction along the height to assume a temporary height H1 being c1×H0, where c1 is between 0.30 and 0.95; and applying the packaging to the stack.
