AUTOMATIC FILLING AND PACKAGING DEVICE
An object is to provide an automatic filling and packaging device which enhances the efficiency of packaging work and which suppresses the occurrence of defective products to achieve satisfactory yield.
In an automatic filling and packaging device, a locating means, a pair of upper gusset nails, a pair of intermediate gusset nails, a pair of lower gusset nails, and a blade-equipped sealing device are formed into a unit as a unit main body, and the unit main body and the pusher member are formed to be able to freely move close to and apart from each other. In this way, as compared with a conventional automatic filling and packaging device, it is possible to reduce the total time in which one article to be packaged is filled into one packaging bag and then the opening end portion thereof is sealed, with the result that it is possible to enhance the efficiency of packaging work.
SEAL FOR BAG FOR CONTAINING A BALE OF COMPRESSIBLE MATERIAL, SEALING PATCH AND METHOD OF SEALING
A sealing patch for a polymeric bag includes a carrier, a pressure sensitive adhesive on the carrier and a heat-activated material on the pressure sensitive adhesive. A high-strength polymeric bag is formed from woven tapes and is coated with a polymer material. The sealing patch is positioned on the bag for sealing the bag. A method for sealing a high-strength polymeric bag with a sealing patch and a device for sealing a polymeric bag with a sealing patch are disclosed.

Method and apparatus for packaging articles
The method for packaging articles provides to form a tubular wrapping of thermosealable sheet material inside which the articles to be packaged are prearranged, regularly distanced, and to feed said tubular wrapping to a cut station at which grip means, suitable to grasp in succession said articles, operate. The transverse cut of the tubular wrapping is performed in suitable step relationship in the section upstream the article grasped by said grip means and the prepackaged article is transferred to a closure rotatable head for closing the package, rotatable at a plurality of operative stations. In a first operative station the bellows folding of the open ends of the portion of tubular wrapping containing the article is performed. Successively, the sealing of said bellows folded ends of the wrapping is performed to obtain the airtight closure of the package.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTS PACKAGING
An apparatus comprising a conveyor with a conveyor belt and a series of stacking towers spaced along the length of the conveyor belt and secured to the conveyor belt. Each of the stacking towers has a chamber adapted for receiving fragile goods. A drive gear is coupled to the conveyor belt for advancing the stacking tower with goods in the chamber to a baler, which is configured to place a mouth of one of the plurality of empty packages over the stacking tower with goods in the chamber. The conveyor is configured so that further advancement of the conveyor belt by the drive gear causes the stacking tower to tilt so that the goods slide into the package and the package slides off the stacking tower, in each case under the force of gravity. Method for packaging fragile goods using stacking towers is provided.
Folding unit for producing packages of food products pourable into a tube of packaging material from sealed packs
A folding unit for producing packages from sealed packs having at least one flap to be folded, the folding unit including a conveying device carrying at least one pushing element arranged for interacting with the at least one flap, and a supporting element onto which the conveying device abuts when the at least one pushing element interacts with the at least one flap. The conveying device also includes at least one rolling element rolling onto the supporting element.

METHOD, MACHINE AND DEVICES FOR PRODUCING FLEXIBLE 3D PACKAGING, BY MEANS OF FOLDING A FLAP ON ITSELF
Procedures and devices to transform three dimensional flexible sealed containers of at least two faces or sides and which in their interior contain at least one fluid and, optionally or complementarily, solid or solids, granulates or powders, by folding at least once over itself, towards at least one direction: at least part of at least one flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37) over at least part of another part of the same flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37), alongside with also previously and/or posteriously there will be a seal of at least one part by at least one face or side of the flap/triangular body (36) or strip (37) generated and/or being this one folded at least once over itself.
This system supposes improvements regarding the inalterability of the container, economic and ecological considerations by not having to cut the flaps or triangular shapes, keeping it intact, without fissures or tearings in the initial container body, transformed in 3D.
At the same time, the following advantages are important:
by guaranteeing the conservation and useful life of the container without porousness or leaks, from the moment of the 3D transformation until its later opening and consumption of the product contained within.
by not requiring any sort of adhesive or contact glue to attach or fold the flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37).
by impeding that the Production Facility generates any defective container transformed in 3D.
by having the invention containers be more stable because the support face or side is wider and more consistent, having at least part of the flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37) as a support surface in the base.
