METHOD OF MANAGING A SET OF LIDS, STACKED AND INSERTED IN A PACKAGE, TRANSPORT DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING A SET OF STACKED LIDS AND INSERTED IN A PACKAGE, AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING PALLETIZED SET OF LIDS
The present invention relates to a method and a device of managing a set (42) of lids, stacked and inserted in a packaging, including the steps of pressing said set (42) and displacing it, with a transport device (1), keeping the lids in the packaging; pressing a second portion (44) of the set (42) with a handle (23); moving the handle (23) so as to take at least a part of the second portion (44) towards the first portion (43); displacing the handle (23) so as to place the second portion (44) against the first portion (43); immobilizing the second portion (44) against the first portion (43) with an immobilizing device (9); opening the handle (23) and moving it away from the set (42). The invention also relates to a system for producing palletized sets of lids.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSISTING IN THE FILLING AND CLOSING OPERATION OF A PACKAGE AND STATION FOR FILLING AND CLOSING A PACKAGE IN A PACKAGING MACHINE WHICH COMPRISES SAID DEVICE
Method for filling and closing a package including the operations of introducing two arms through the mouth, each one having or bearing a gripping tool and impressing a mutual distancing movement on the arms to expand the package with a retention mechanism which operates outside the package to grasp the walls of the package arranged between the arms and the retention mechanism while the retention mechanism approaches and fits over the gripping tool of each arm, such that when the arms move in the direction of the mouth of the package, the arms carry the grasped walls of the package to produce folds towards the interior of the package. For flexible tubular net packages, the at least one gripping tool on each arm has the shape of a protuberance and that the method includes passing through a wall of the package with the gripping tool

Method of Packaging Food in a Bag
A bag has a bag body that defines an interior and opening. A reclosable closure is configured for repeatably and nondestructively closing and opening the opening. A covering flap is connected to the bag body, extends away from the bag opening, and has a zone of weakness. The covering flap can be attached to the bag body while covering the closure. To access the closure, the covering flap is torn along its zone of weakness. The bag can also have a removable panel, which can be attached to the removable panels of other bags to form a header pack. The bag body and covering flap can be removed from the header pack by being torn along another zone of weakness between the covering flap and removable panel that has a lower tear strength that the zone of weakness of the covering flap.

Method for bag closure and sealing
A method and apparatus for sealing a bag made of a polymeric material by applying heat activated layers on different portions of the bag, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer have respective heat activation temperatures below the softening point temperature of the polymeric material; after creasing the bag along a fold line, applying heat at a temperature below the softening point temperature of the polymeric material to activate the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer to adhesive states after the bag has been filled with contents; and folding the bag to form an adhesive-to adhesive seal by contact between the heat activated first adhesive layer and the heat activated second adhesive layer.
