Container, closure, and methods for manufacture
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.

ASEPTIC FILLING DEVICE AND METHOD
A device to package a sterile bulk product, particularly, a dermocosmetic or galenic preparation, into a container. A sterile enclosure of the device includes a hopper containing the bulk product. The hopper includes in an axial direction, a cylindrical reservoir part and a pouring part connected to the cylindrical part. A transfer device transports the container under the hopper to fill the container in a filling zone. A blower provides ultra-filtered air from the ceiling to the floor of the enclosure, to produce a protective flow of air around the filling zone. The axis of the pouring part with an asymmetrical conical shape is not in line with the axis of the reservoir part such that the pouring opening is shifted towards the outer wall of the reservoir.

Bioplastic Collapsible Dispensing Tube
A bioplastic collapsible dispensing tube may include a collapsible tube having walls that include a bioplastic material; a distal end of the tube that is sealed; a proximal end of the tube, opposite the distal end, that has an opening; a nozzle on the opening; and a closure for the nozzle; wherein, when the closure is opened and the tube is collapsed, flowable material inside the tube is urged out of the nozzle; and the bioplastic material includes a bio resin selected from the group consisting of PEF, PBF, PTF, GPE, GPET, PLA, PDLA, PLLA, PHA, and PHBH. A method may include forming a tube and filling the tube with flowable material from the distal end.
