Flexible loop applicator and method
A tag applicator, and a method, for applying a tag, having an elastic loop, to a product. The tag applicator includes a linear actuator, and a pair of tag arms, one end of each being pivotably connected to the linear actuator. The two arms are biased toward each other, such as by a spring. A separator is positioned between the tag arms, so as to force the tag arms to separate as the linear actuator extends. A finger or tag hook is connected at the end of each tag arm, configured and positioned to connect to or insert into the elastic loop, and to extend the elastic loop as the tag arms are separated. With the tag loop held open, the product moves into the loop, and the tag is thereby applied to the product.

Water bottle with dosage in a blister pack
A solid dosage preparation is provided with a bottle of water. The solid dosage preparation is contained in a safe and sanitary blister package and attached by means of a shrink band to the closure of the bottle. The shrink band provides a tamper-indicating seal for the both the bottle and blister contents. An advantage of the design is that it does not require customization of bottle and closure tooling, and thereby provides a simple and cost-effective means for combining solid and liquid materials in a unitary package. An additional advantage is the robustness of the tamper-indicating system and methodology.

LABELER SETUP KIT
The present invention provides a kit used to align a spender plate that provides labels to bottle neck and/or body using the center line transfer method and/or leading edge method and the application rollers and pads that “wipe” the label to fully adhere it to the bottle's neck. The kit may include a scribed bottle, an adjustment tool, and alignment bar. These components may assist a technician in consistently and repeatedly aligning the spender plate and/or the application rollers and pads.
