Device and method for processing containers by means of a driverless transport system
Provided is a device for processing containers, in particular plastic containers, including at least one container-processing apparatus, which has at least one changeover access entry, at which at least one of format parts and tools can be exchanged during changeover operation, and including a transport system, by means of which the at least one of format parts and tools can be brought to the at least one container-processing apparatus. The transport system is a driverless transport system, by which the format parts and/or tools can be automatically brought to at least one container-processing apparatus.
Labelling machine for labelling containers
Labelling machine for labelling containers, having at least one docking station for a labelling apparatus and a machine control system, wherein the docking station comprises at least one network access for establishing a network connection between the machine control system and a docked labelling apparatus, wherein the network connection is designed to transmit security-relevant data and/or time-critical data, and wherein the network access is connected to a manageable Ethernet network switch of the machine control system with a DHCP server, wherein the DHCP server is adapted to assign a preset IP address determined by the DHCP server to a labelling apparatus connected to the network access.
Labeling device for containers
A labeling device includes a container transporter that conveys the containers along a conveyor path and a first conveyor that runs between the return-stations. The labeling stations are arranged along the conveyor path between the return-stations. The frame's frame ends lie at opposite ends of a longitudinal axis. Attachment-sections associated with the frame ends attach to respective return stations, with at least one of them permitting attachment of a return-station at multiple positions along the axis. These attach to the mounts, which have continuous mounting-elements extending between the return-stations along the longitudinal axis. The mounts enable mounting a labeling station in any position between the return-stations using an attachment element that is complementary to the mounts and with which the labeling stations are equipped.
Apparatus for orienting components of a rotary machine
Apparatus and method for orienting components of a rotary machine, such as a container treatment machine, where the rotary machine comprises a stator and a rotor and also at least one component which is arranged on the stator, wherein the apparatus comprises at least one reference element which is arranged on the stator and a sensor which is arranged on the rotor so as to rotate with it, wherein the sensor is suitable for measuring the distance from the reference element and from the component, and the stator, the rotor and the component can be oriented in relation to one another based on the values measured by the sensor.
LABELLING MACHINE FOR LABELLING CONTAINERS
Labelling machine for labelling containers, having at least one docking station for a label-ling apparatus, and a machine control system, wherein the docking station comprises at least one network access for establishing a network connection between the machine control system and a docked labelling apparatus, wherein the network connection is de-signed to transmit security-relevant data and/or time-critical data, and wherein the net-work access is connected to a manageable Ethernet network switch of the machine control system with a DHCP server, wherein the DHCP server is adapted to assign a pre-set IP address determined by the DHCP server to a labelling apparatus connected to the network access.
CAROUSEL MACHINE FOR PROCESSING CONTAINERS
A carousel machine for processing containers, which comprises a supporting structure for supporting a rotating carousel for the conveyance of containers to be processed which is provided, at the peripheral region of the carousel, with at least one station for processing the containers in transit on the carousel, which is supported by a respective footing which is connected to the supporting structure; the footing is mounted in a cantilever fashion jutting out from the peripheral region of the supporting structure and comprises a pair of monolithic supporting elements; each one of the monolithic elements comprises a respective tubular body, which has, on its outer lateral surface, at least one longitudinal seat which defines at least one abutment region for the coupling of removable connection structure and for the connection of handling structure for moving the processing station with respect to the carousel.
Container treatment system and automatic exchange machine
A container treatment system (1, 13) that has at least two working areas (AP). Each of the working areas (AP) respectively comprises at least one exchangeable working tool (2) and/or one adaptable format part. Furthermore, the container treatment system (1, 13) comprises at least one automatic exchange machine (10) which is movable, in particular drivable, to the at least two working areas (AP), which automatic exchange machine (10) can be connected selectively to any of the respective working areas (AP), in particular using centering means (22, 32), and which automatic exchange machine (10) comprises tools for exchanging the working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of the respective working area (AP). The invention further relates to an automatic exchange machine (10) for exchanging working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of at least two different working areas (AP) of a container treatment system (1, 13).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LABELING OBJECTS
The invention relates inter alia to a device (1) for labeling objects (3), preferably containers. The device (1) includes a label conveyor (7) for conveying a plurality of labels (2) along a circulating conveyor track (19) by means of multiple movement devices (20). The label conveyor (7) has a plurality of module docking stations (52). At least one auxiliary unit module is connected to one of the plurality of module docking stations (52). Advantageously, the flexibility of the device (1) can thus be substantially increased.
MACHINE FOR PROCESSING CONTAINERS
A machine for processing containers includes a footing which rotatably supports a carousel for conveying the containers to be processed. Above the footing there is a protective covering extended around at least one portion of the carousel. The protective covering is movable, as a consequence of a manual action by the user, from a lowered active position, in which the protective covering is closer to the footing, in order to prevent access from outside to the carousel, to a raised inactive position, in which the protective covering is spaced upward from the footing, in order to allow access from outside to the carousel. A motor is functionally connected to the protective covering and acts cooperatively with the manual action applied by the user to move the protective covering from the lowered active position to the raised inactive position.
