FOIL TRANSFER DEVICE
In a foil transfer device for transferring a transfer layer from a foil film onto a sheet laid on the foil film, the foil film is wound on a supply reel, and taken up on a take-up reel. A heating member heats the foil film, and a pressure member is provided to press the foil film and the sheet between the pressure member and the heating member. A separator changes a traveling direction of the foil film having passed through between the heating member and the pressure member into a direction different from a direction of conveyance of the sheet, to thereby separate the foil film from the sheet. A first fan blows air toward the foil film positioned between the heating member and the separator.
THERMOELECTRIC COOLING ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides a printer apparatus including a thermoelectric cooling assembly and a processor coupled to the thermoelectric cooling assembly. The thermoelectric cooling assembly includes a thermoelectric cooling element that includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a first plurality of semiconductor elements electrically coupled to a second plurality of semiconductor elements in a space between the first substrate and the second substrate. The thermoelectric cooling element includes a base plate electrically coupled to the first substrate. The base plate is positioned proximate to a plurality of labels traversing above the thermoelectric cooling assembly. The processor receives sensor signals indicative of a temperature of a label that comes in contact with the thermoelectric cooling assembly, compares the temperature of the label with a threshold temperature, and generates an output signal indicative of current supplied to the thermoelectric cooling element to adjust the temperature of the thermoelectric cooling element.
Method of die cutting a label
A die cutting method that cuts patterns in a label is provided. According an embodiment, a method adjusts temperature of a label sheet comprising a laminated layer and a liner layer. The method further separates the laminated layer from the liner layer prior to making the cuts on the laminated layer. The method further cuts one or more patterns on the laminated layer. The method further re-attaches, the laminated layer to the liner layer.

Sleeve labeling machine and sleeve labeling device thereof
A sleeve labeling machine has a work platform, a feeding unit, a conveying unit, a sleeve labeling device and a hot drying device. The feeding unit holds objects to be sleeved with labels. The conveying unit conveys the objects provided by feeding unit. The sleeve labeling device has a first guiding wheel assembly, a second guiding wheel assembly and a rotary cutter assembly. The first guiding wheel assembly and the second guiding wheel assembly guide the label to a predetermined position, the rotary cutter assembly cuts the label at the predetermined position into a first segment label and a second segment label, and before the second segment label is sleeved to the objects, the second guiding wheel assembly guides the second segment label to move, so that the first and second segment labels have a segment gap therebetween. The hot drying device performs a hot drying shrinkage operation.
