Bottles and methods of making the same
A bottle configured to house and dispense items. The bottle comprises a body, a finish positioned above the body, and a ramp protruding into an interior space defined by the body. The body includes a base and a sidewall extending up from the base. The body defines the interior space for housing the items. The finish presents an opening for dispensing the items from the body. The ramp is formed with a concave shape configured to support one or more of the items.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER AND SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A synthetic resin container and method for manufacturing the same, including a container main body molded into a predetermined container shape and a covering layer laminated on an outer peripheral surface side of the container main body. The method includes heating the composite preform to bring the covering material layer into a molten state or a semi-molten state while softening the preform main body to be stretchable, subsequently molding the composite preform into a predetermined container shape by using a blow molding die in which an edge portion formed by providing a step on a cavity inner peripheral surface extends along a predetermined direction, and providing, in the covering material layer to be molded integrally with the preform main body, a thin portion molded by being brought into pressure contact with the edge portion.
Bottle with detachable housing and corresponding storage compartment
The present disclosure relates to a bottle with a detachable housing and corresponding storage compartment. Indeed, the disclosed bottle can include a receptacle formed within an exterior side surface (or sidewall) or as part of the bottle lid. Within the receptacle, the disclosed bottle can integrate a detachable housing with the bottle via one or more attachment mechanisms (e.g., magnets). For instance, the disclosed bottle attaches the detachable housing to a receptacle sidewall such that the disclosed bottle can maintain a generally uniform profile across the exterior side surface. The detachable housing can include a storage compartment for storing and/or securing one or more items, such as cutlery, medicine, personal hygiene items, etc.
HOT FILL CONTAINER HAVING SUPERIOR CRUSH RESISTANCE
A hot fill plastic container has a dome portion with a convex outer surface that defines a maximum outer diameter of the container so as to extend outwardly beyond a main body portion of the container. The generally egg-shaped dome portion enhances the crush resistance of the dome and provides a point of contact between containers when they are placed adjacent to one another. A circumferential stiffening groove may be provided near a lower end of the dome portion.
Beverage container
A beverage container includes a base, a sidewall extending from and integrally formed with the base, and an upper region extending from the sidewall and defining an upper opening. The beverage container includes a longitudinal axis extending in a direction from the base to the upper opening. The beverage container further includes a continuous channel formed in and extending continuously around a circumference of the sidewall, wherein the continuous channel includes peaks and troughs connected by diagonal regions. The continuous channel is configured to resist paneling and elongation of the beverage container. The beverage container further includes a central channel formed in and extending continuously around a circumference of the sidewall at a central portion of the sidewall, wherein the central channel is configured to resist paneling of the beverage container.
Customizable Container
The present invention relates to a novel customizable bottle or container. The outer surface of the bottle or container has a plurality of ridges, recesses or other delineations positioned around the outer surface. Each adjacent pair of ridges, recesses or other delineations creates a distinct region. A plurality of flexible or removable bands is provided with the bottle or container that are slid on distinct regions positioned between the ridges, recesses or other delineations. The flexible bands come in various colors and designs and decorate the distinct areas to personalize the bottle or container.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER AND LID SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and associated method include a container having a top opening and a sidewall surface, and a lid configured to removably seal the top opening, where the lid is configured to removably attach via a friction fit to an opening or other formed holder in the sidewall surface. The holder may include one or more detents to facilitate the friction fit.
SWIRL BELL BOTTLE WITH WAVY RIBS
A sidewall of a container for storing liquid contents includes a grip portion extending from a base of the container and presenting a grip portion periphery about an axis. A plurality of axially angulating ribs are within the grip portion, each of which includes a first portion having a first radial depth relative to the periphery that transitions to a second portion having a second radial depth relative to the periphery less than the first radial depth. A flat portion having a zero radial depth relative to the periphery is positioned circumferentially between a second portion of one angulating rib of the plurality of axially angulating ribs and an axially offset second portion of another angulating rib of the plurality of axially angulating ribs.
AUTOMATIC SELF-SAMPLING BOTTLE FOR SPIRITS
Disclosed are bottles for automatically creating custom blends of spirits. The disclosed automatic infinity bottles siphon or transfer a portion of their contents from a blending container, and move them to a sampling container from which a custom blended spirit can be decanted and consumed. The two containers are connected by a siphon tube or other suitable means. The blending container includes a selectively closeable opening for adding or removing liquids, and is configured to store a certain volume of spirits. When such volume is exceeded, the excess spirit will move into the sampling container, where the excess spirit is added to an existing custom blend. One embodiment includes a dip tube for discouraging a bottle user from removing liquid from the blending container. Another embodiment is configured with the sampling container located around the outside of the blending container.
Collapsible Container
A container including a plurality of material bands each having a thickness that is less than adjacent areas of the container, the plurality of material bands extending along a base and a body of the container. The plurality of material bands are configured as folding points of the container. The container is configured to collapse along the plurality of material bands such that at least two dimensions of the container are 5 cm or greater. The base is configured to collapse along the plurality of material bands to have a generally flat body and a generally flat base that is 1.4 times wider than a pre-collapsed diameter of the base.
