ADJUSTABLE FOOD CARTON
An illustrated view of an improved food container for saving space when the food container is less than full is presented. The improved food container is useful for reducing an amount of storage space necessary to store the improved food container. Furthermore, the food product inside of the improved food container will have preservability because it will contain less air. The improved food container further is useful for providing an indication of the amount of food product remaining in the improved food container.
Packaged food product and method of packaging
A packaged food product includes a container having at least one dough product and a cup within the container. The cup includes at least one sidewall, a plurality of tapered guide members located at spaced circumferential positions about the sidewall, a bottom wall and an upper annular rim. The rim also defines an opening, opposite the bottom wall, leading to an interior storage cavity of the cup. During initial insertion of the cup into a container, first portions of the guide members are progressively pressed against an interior sidewall surface of the container and assure a proper, level alignment of the cup, preventing the cup from tipping during insertion. With further insertion, second portions of the guide members lead to the rim, with the rim having a diameter which assures a tight friction fit, potentially in combination with a cup seal cover, to an inner diameter of the container.
PACKAGE
A hybrid package (10) is provided and comprises a wall (20) formed from a paper or paper-based material and a frame (15) formed from a plastics material. The frame (15) includes a step which is positioned against a free edge of the wall, whereby one or more exposed edges of the wall are protected by the frame.
Method and device for production of can with fold lines
A can, and device and method for producing same, includes two circular end elements forming a base and lid. The can further includes a sleeve which has fold lines forming edges, the can sleeve having a circular cross-sectional area at both ends and a polygonal-sectional area in its central region. The polygonal cross-sectional area in the central region is at most decagonal.
CORK AND PAPERBOARD BEVERAGE-PACKAGING CONTAINER
A beverage-packaging container is provided that includes a container body for receiving the liquid and a cork stopper for sealing the liquid contents within the container body. The sidewalls and bottom wall of the container body are formed of paperboard and are preferably formed of a layered, recycled paperboard. The top wall of the container body is formed of a cork material with a cork-receiving hole disposed within the top wall. The cork stopper has a truncated cone-shaped portion that is configured to engage frictionally with the edges of the cork-receiving hole. The cork stopper may also have a wooden crown to aid the user in grasping and removing the cork stopper from the top hole of the container body.
LIQUID CONTAINER MADE ENTIRELY FROM NATURAL PLANT MATERIALS
A liquid container made entirely from natural plant materials is revealed. The liquid container includes a cap and an upper portion made from plant fiber by mold injection, a body made of a spiral paper tube having at least two-layer structure, and a base produced by molding of composite paper. The body and the base are connected by adhesives. A fastening member is disposed on an area where the upper portion and the body are connected for improving reliability and structural strength of the area while a mounting groove formed by rolling is arranged at an area where a bottom end of the body and the base are connected by adhesives. The fastening member and the mounting groove improve connection reliability and structure strength. The liquid container with excellent structural strength is more resistant to pressure in radial and longitudinal directions and used to fill pressurized beverages or liquid such as carbonated drinks.
Packaging for modified atmosphere packaging and method
A packaging for modified atmosphere packaging includes a flangeless cardboard tray having a bottom and an upstanding peripheral wall. A plastic flange is arranged on top of the edge of the peripheral wall. The plastic flange has in cross-section a first part extending horizontally, substantially parallel to the bottom of the tray, a second part depending from the first part downward along the outside of the peripheral wall and a third part depending from the first part, opposite of the second part, along the inside of the peripheral wall. A plastic barrier foil is adhered to and lines the inside of the cardboard tray and extends over the plastic flange to fix the plastic flange onto the flangeless cardboard tray.
CONTAINER MADE OF PAPER
A container for holding a fluid is disclosed. The container comprises an inner sleeve having a first opening and a second opening opposite the first opening, and an outer sleeve having a third opening and a fourth opening opposite the third opening. The inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are made of paper. The first opening has a first reinforcing element which extends into the first opening, and the third opening has a second reinforcing element which extends into the third opening. Further, the container comprises a functional insert. The outer sleeve has a larger diameter than the inner sleeve so that the inner sleeve is insertable into the outer sleeve through the fourth opening such that the insert is fastened between the first reinforcing element and the second reinforcing element.
Dough Product Packaging Assembly and Method of Packaging
A dough product packaging assembly includes one or more dough pieces arranged a first container having a closed, internal cavity, a second container supported upon the first container with an open top portion, a third container housing one or more additional ingredients, such as icing, within the second container, and an outer container extending across the open top portion of the second container and encapsulating each of the first, second and third containers. In connection with production, transportation and consumer displaying of the product, the second container provides support and transfers weight from any cartons stacked above a lower dough product directly onto the first container, thereby allowing the outer or fourth container to act as a containment vessel only, versus something needed to directly provide vertical structural support.
PAPER AND PLASTIC COMBINED PACKAGING BOX
The invention relates to a paper and plastic combined packaging box, which is flip-type packaging box, comprising a box cover cardboard, a box body cardboard portion and an integrated plastic frame formed by injection molding. The box body cardboard portion is formed as an enclosure by a plurality of cardboards, and has an upper edge. The integrated plastic frame formed by injection molding is configured to connect the box cover cardboard and the box body cardboard portion. The integrated plastic frame is comprised of a box body plastic member and a box cover plastic member which are connected through a plastic hinge. The box body plastic member is comprised of a main body of box body plastic member arranged at a gap between cardboards of the box body cardboard portion and an upper edge plastic member which is wrapped at the upper edge of the box body cardboard portion. The box cover plastic member is wrapped at the periphery of the box cover cardboard. The upper edge plastic member and the box cover plastic member are in a fastening connection to implement sealing of the packaging box. Compared with the prior art, the invention saves plastic, has high strength, high tightness and various shapes, and is low in cost.
