Sprinkler with Tamper Evident Feature
A sprinkler assembly for a flowable product container includes a sprinkler base and a sprinkler disk rotatably coupled to the sprinkler base. The sprinkler base includes a tongue defined in a base plate by a shear area and a tongue hinge, with the tongue extending upward when the shear area is unbroken, and partially detached and rotatable to an open position when force is applied to break the shear area. The sprinkler disk has a pour aperture with a complimentary shape to the tongue so that the tongue extends through the pour aperture to prevent rotation of the sprinkler disk when the shear area is unbroken and not tampered with, and rotates downward when the shear area is broken to allow the rotation of the sprinkler disk. The sprinkler assembly may be fabricated from materials such as polyethylene and polyurethane.
Shell with expandable rivet button and tooling therefor
A can end including a central panel with an expandable bubble disposed thereon is provided. The use of an expandable bubble allows for an expandable rivet button and thereafter an expandable rivet that has an enhanced overlap of a tab body. Such an expandable rivet allows for the use of a metal sheet with a thinner base thickness.
RESEALABLE POP TOP LID
A pop top lid enables opening and closing of a top opening in a cylindrical fluid container such as a beverage can. an enclosing a top opening in a cylindrical fluid container. A pocketed tang of a stay-on tab assembly pivots about a central rivet on an end shell of the pop top lid. During lifting and rotation of the stay-on tab assembly, an aperture creation point begins to shear a scored line to remove a tear panel from an end shell of the beverage can. directing the tear panel between a top cover and a bottom plate of the pocketed tang. A flange of the bottom plate assists in removal of the tear panel by being directed into a panel opening left by the tear panel directing the tear panel into the tear panel capturing pocket when the stay-on-tab assembly is rotated in a first direction of rotation.
Folding case and methods thereof
The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved cases for securely storing and shipping products. A case can include a back panel, an upper foldable section, and a lower foldable section. Each of the features of the case can be manufactured on a single sheet of material. The upper and lower foldable sections include panels having apertures for holding the top and bottom of a product, respectively. The case is foldable into a closed configuration such that a lower holder panel, a lower front panel, and a bottom panel form a lower box configured to hold the bottom of the first product, and an upper holder panel, an upper front panel, and a top panel form an upper box configured to hold the top of the first product.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER BODY, CAN END, AND MATERIAL THEREFOR
In a method of forming a beverage container, a can body is formed from a metal alloy. A can end is formed from a substantially compositionally identical metal alloy. The metal alloy is a heat treatable aluminum alloy . The heat treatable aluminum alloy is produced from up to 100% recycled aluminum material.
Rapidly cooling food and drinks
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.

Canister with dispersing aperture
A canister with a novel dispensing aperture is described. The aperture is located within a continuous surface opposite the seamed canister end. By thus locating the aperture, canister contents may be dispensed or sipped without the interference of debris-collecting grooves, seam edges, and sharp angles typical of canisters with dispensing apertures located on seamed ends.

MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN OPENING DEVICE
A molding apparatus for manufacturing an opening device on a package material, comprises a first mold half and a second mold half arranged opposite the first mold half and having a recess. The first mold half comprises a recess and a displaceable cover element covering partly the recess thereby forming a cavity with an opening within the first mold half, wherein the opening is arranged at least partly opposite the recess of the second mold half.
