A tamper-evident package, in particular child-proof package, having an outer package and having an inner package, wherein the inner package is at least partially received in the outer package, and wherein the inner package for opening and closing the package is disposed so as to be displaceable in the outer package, and wherein the package as an anti-tamper feature has at least one securing means for impeding or preventing the opening of the package, or the access to the products disposed in the inner package. The at least one securing means is effective between the inner package and the outer package so as to impede or prevent the inner package being displaced in the outer package in order for the package to be opened.

Provided is a system a push and turn child safety container with finger indents. This improved safety container is characterized by a outer body having a first circular element bounded by a first circumferential wall having an inward lip at the distal end. An inner surface of the first circular element providing a plurality of first ridges. Nested within the outer body is an inner body characterized by a second circular element bounded by a second circumferential wall extending normally away from the second circular element. The inner surface of the second circumferential wall having first threads; and an outer surface of the second circular element having a plurality of second ridges for temporarily engaging with the first ridges of the first circular element. The safety container has a screw element screw element characterized by a circular first element having an outer circumferential wall having at least one indent structured and arranged to receive a user’s finger tips. The indent provides abutment surfaces for the user’s finger tips. A threaded collar extends normally from the circular first element below the indents and is structured and arranged to be disposed within the inner body and engage the first threads of the inner surface of the second circumferential wall to temporarily bind the screw element with the inner body.

A child-resistant smoking article package 100 is provided which comprises a case 103 with an opening 104 that is adapted to receive a smoking article 102 and a cap 107 movable between a closed state wherein the cap 107 closes the case 103 and an open state wherein the opening 104 of the case 103 is accessible. The child-resistant smoking article package 100 further comprises a first releaseably engageable fixation member 108-1 and a second and third releaseably engageable fixation member 108-2, 108-3, wherein the second and third releaseably engageable fixation members 108-2, 108-3 are arranged on opposing sides of the child-resistant smoking article package 100. The first, second and third releaseably engageable fixation members 108-1, 108-2, 108-3 are adapted to immovably fix the cap 107 to the case 103 in the closed state and to release the cap 107 when they are simultaneously actuated.

A child resistant maze type container system is disclosed. The system includes a cylindrical container member that includes a plurality of mazes thereon. A closure member includes studs for engaging the mazes and to releasably secure the closure to the container.

Closure devices and containers including the closure devices are provided herein. An exemplary closure device includes a frame defining an opening, a lid covering the opening and coupled to the frame so as to pivot about a pivot axis, a first locking feature, and at least one second locking feature. The first locking feature and the at least one second locking feature each have a latching hook and an undercut and are used to hold the lid in a closed position. In the closed position, the latching hook and undercut of the first locking feature are arranged between a first outer edge of the closure device and the opening. An upper rim of the first outer edge is located above an upper end of the latching hook. The first outer edge is designed to protect the latching hook from being operated in an unintended manner.

A package for accommodating products comprises a first portion hingedly connected to a first side of a rear panel, a second portion hingedly connected to a second side of the rear panel, the second side being opposite to the first side. At least one of the first and second portion comprises at least one recess adapted to accommodate a product. The first portion, the second portion and the rear panel at least partly form a receptacle adapted for accommodating said at least one recess. The first portion and the second portion are movable between an open state of the package in which the at least one recess is accessible to a user and a closed state of the package in which the at least one recess is inaccessible to a user.

A child resistant maze type container system is disclosed. The system includes a cylindrical container member that includes a plurality of mazes thereon. A closure member includes studs for engaging the mazes and to releasably secure the closure to the container.
