Plastic corrugated container with sealed edges
A reusable plastic container is provided. The container includes a plastic container body having opposing side panels and opposing end panels. The container body also includes top side panel flaps attached to a top portion of each side panel, and bottom side panel flaps attached to a bottom portion of each side panel. The container body has top end panel flaps attached to a top portion of each end panel, and bottom end panel flaps attached to a bottom portion of each end panel. The top and bottom side panel flaps are each defined with respect to the side panels by a fold line. The fold lines including at least one scored portion and at least one welded portion.
FOLDING AND INTERLOCK STRUCTURES FOR REUSABLE AND COLLAPSIBLE BOXES
Plastic corrugated reusable boxes are provided. Two opposite side panels 12 erected from a blank over fold lines 18 at bottom panel edges; said side panel 12 having flaps 20 attached on either side folded inward and interlocked with flaps 22 folded inward from the opposite side. Narrow flaps 32 attached to top edges of said side panels 12 folded inward and flat. The rest two opposite side panels 14 erected over fold lines at rest bottom panel edges; top flaps 30 attached to the rest two side panels 14 folded inward covering the top surface. Interlocked flaps 20 and 22 are standing underneath top flaps 30 and alongside two opposite side panels 14. Lock tabs 40 attached to top flaps 20 folded down and inserted into said lock slots embedded in narrow flaps 22 alongside side panels 12 top edges.
Collapsible reusable dry or liquid storage containers
Collapsible reusable watertight carrying cases are provided in sizes varying from small containers without wheels to large sealable container bins on wheels, to provide large quantities of water or other supplies and cargo. The cases are assembled or in disassembled from a joined flat space-saving configuration to a functioning case and vice-versa. The sides of the cases are erected progressively by hand by interlocking self sealing reciprocating channel and channel engaging members elements at the corners. The panels also disassemble progressively by being manually pulled apart. When folded into a flat storage or shipping configuration, the panels stay together, resisting unfolding by virtue of snaps which are either molded into the panels or bonded to them. The carrying cases are resistant to water, dirt, bacteria, molds, allergens, and inclement weather.
Air vent for welded portion in plastic corrugated material, and process for forming welded portion
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank—including providing air vents to allow trapped air to escape during the pre-sealing process—to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.
Method of shrink packaging a series of containers with a perforated shrink film
The invention relates to shrink packaging (1) for packing a series of containers (2), said packaging comprising a first zone (3) and, in this zone, at least one incision line including a series of perforations forming at least one partially detachable section (4) arranged to allow the extraction of at least one container (2) in a direction extending substantially from the lower part of the container (2) to the upper part thereof, said partially detachable packaging section (4) being larger than the cross-section of the at least one container (2) to be extracted. Moreover, the partially detachable section (4) is located on the periphery of the first zone (3).
Blank for container
A blank made of a polymeric material is provided and used to form at least a portion of a container. The blank is folded to establish a base and a side wall included in the container.
Folding container
A long corrugated plastic folding container, having a folding structure in which a first side panel and latch side panel that oppose each other are provided from a floor panel, a first incision having the same height is provided in the first side panels, third incisions are provided thereabove, second incisions are provided therebelow, a second side panel is provided towards the front and rear edges of the floor panel, frames are attached to the upper end parts of the first side panels and second side panels, the first incisions of the first side panels fold inwards, and the second incisions and third incisions fold outwards, where the height dimension of the first side panel is greater than the short edge dimension, and, above the third incision serves as an upper short side panel, below the third incision and above the second incision.
Presentation packaging
A packaging assembly comprising a base or pedestal portion (36) and a top portion (10) including a plurality of foldable panels (12, 14, 16) and flaps (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) and one or more rigid cap portions (30a, 30b).
METHODS, ASSEMBLIES, AND COMPOSITIONS FOR SOLID BEVERAGE FLAVORANTS
A flavorant composition and sleeve and tray assembly for storing same may include a transparent sleeve having a rectangular geometry and defining a cavity between sidewalls and end walls. A transparent tray may be disposed within the cavity. A plurality of cubes may include a flavorant with a surface texture of the flavorant is visible through the tray and the sleeve. The tray may be visually obscured by the sleeve and the surface texture of the flavorant. The transparent tray may include a base, a first sidewall extending from a first edge of the base, a second sidewall extending from a second edge of the base opposite the first edge, and an end stop extending from a third edge of the base extending between the first edge and the second edge, wherein the base, the first sidewall, and the second sidewall define a channel terminated by the end stop.
MATERIAL STORAGE AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A material storage and transport system is disclosed. The material storage and transport system can include a material storage tray forming a storage volume defined by a bottom and walls extending up from the bottom along a perimeter of the bottom. The material storage and transport system can also include a releasable strap adapted to extend across the bottom when in a securing configuration and a sample carrier, including at least one sample secured to a sample support substrate by a molded sheet. The material storage and transport system can include a hinged lid that is integrally connected to a wall of the material storage tray, and configured to convert between a folded-in position, an opened position, and a closed position.
