A portable container and container assembly provides a durable, functional and simple carry-all solution for dry and wet provisions, goods and gear. Exemplary features of various embodiments include one or more of an overmolded pad on the bottom of the container, a removable handle incorporating a releasable retaining structure, a lid that seals within the container cavity and is flush with the outer periphery of the container sidewall and/or has a cellular internal reinforcing structure, a skirt extending around the sidewall that is integral with handle mounts for the handle and/or provides a connection point for external components, and a drop-in tray with a collapsible handle.

A container is disclosed that has a base and a lid that is rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration. The lid may be secured to the base with a latch assembly. A latch assembly may have a locked position and an unlocked position, where the latch assembly includes: a latch body pivotally connected to the lid, a latch button slidably connected with the latch body, the latch button having a latch button-locking member, a latch-locking arm pivotally connected to the latch body, and a latch-locking arm biasing member that exerts a rotational force on the latch-locking arm. When the latch assembly is moved to the locked position, the latch-locking arm may engage the base and rotate against the rotational force from the latch-locking arm causing the latch button to move against the linear force until the latch button-locking member engages the arm-locking member.

A collapsible snack caddy has an open rectangular box-like configuration for carrying snacks and a closed flat configuration. The caddy has a bottom, front and back sides, left and right ends, and an open top. The caddy is hinged at all four corners. The sides and ends are hinged to the bottom. The sides have diagonal living hinges to allow a triangular portion to fold upon the trapezoidal portion. The bottom, and both sides are hinged in the middle so that opposite portions of the ends, sides, and the bottom can fold upon each other.

An insulating device can include an aperture having a waterproof closure which allows access to the chamber within the insulating device. The closure can help prevent any fluid leakage into and out of the insulating device if the insulating device is overturned or in any configuration other than upright. A package has a package body and a handle for carrying the package. The package body has at least one face and a reclosable opening on the at least one face. The handle is positioned over the reclosable opening and has a first strap, a second strap, and a connection portion. The first strap includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the first strap is attached to a face of the package body. The second strap includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the second strap is attached to a face of the package body and is disposed opposite to the first end of the first strap. The connection portion is located on the second end of the second strap and is detachably engaged to the second end of the first strap.

The disclosure provides a transportation bag particularly suitable for carrying articles that can be rolled-up such as yoga-pilates mats, elongated articles such as instruments, toys, or bottles as well as, blueprints or garments such as suits or shirts. The bag may be used as a foam roller when not being used for transportation. The disclosure further relates to methods of storing, packing, and displaying rolled yoga mats and garments.
