Disclosed herein are embodiments of liquid dispensing container preferably configured as portable, handheld liquid dispensing containers. These liquid dispensing containers possesses a vent structure that provides improved liquid dispensing along with simplified vent construction and container integration. In these regards, these liquid dispensing containers advantageously overcome one or more shortcomings associated conventional liquid dispensing containers and other types of containers.

A container comprises: a tub (22) having a bottom (50) and four sides (56, 58, 60, 62), adjacent said sides joined at junctions; and a closure (24). The closure comprises: a lid (28); a living hinge member (26) unitarily formed with the lid and coupling the lid to the tub so as to allow the lid to shift between a closed condition and an open condition, the living hinge having an insertion portion (222) received in a pocket (82) of the tub.

An apparatus, system and method for storing and picking product in a plastic tote are disclosed. In one form, the tote is a plastic receptacle with a generally planar bottom and upstanding walls extending from the bottom and defining a receptacle opening on a side opposite the bottom, the upstanding walls forming a front wall, opposing side walls and a rear wall, with the walls extending from the bottom at an obtuse angle so that the receptacle tapers from a larger cross-section at the receptacle opening to a smaller cross-section at the bottom, and with at least one upstanding wall defining a first male or female mating structure for aligning with a second female or male mating structure of a second plastic receptacle when nested with the second plastic receptacle. Presented are a spout assembly, bottle and a method of forming. An exemplary spout assembly includes a tubular spout, the cylindrical spout having an endless wall defining a passage, the endless wall having a top open edge fluidly connecting the passage, a bottom open edge fluidly connecting the hollow passage, and at least three vertical ribs extending inwardly from the endless wall within the passage. The spout assembly further includes a tilted trough extending from the bottom open edge circumscribing the tubular spout, the trough having at least one opening located such that fluid flow is directed toward the at least one opening. The spout assembly still further includes a cylindrical side wall extending from the tilted trough.

The present disclosure relates to storage boxes commonly used to organize and store items such as school-related supplies that may be carried by a student. The storage boxes generally include a lid and a base. The base optionally includes a divider which provides for two or more storage portions within an interior of the base, while also acting as a functional grip on the outside of the box. A latch mechanism is provided which securely latches the lid and base together in a closed configuration.
