There is a gap between the first annular structure and the second annular structure wherein the gap length of the gap is not shorter than 0.5 cm. The positioning portion is disposed in the gap. Wherein the storage box includes a box body, a bottom surface of the box body includes a positioning structure, and the positioning portion of the reinforcing member may be connected to the positioning structure.
