BEVERAGE CONTAINER FOR STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION OF A BEVERAGE
Disclosed is a beverage container which includes a container body, which includes a container sidewall, a bottom section, and a top section. The container sidewall defines a first opening into the internal volume of the container body. The top section defines a second opening into the internal volume of the container body. The beverage container includes a plug, which includes a central body portion and a flange extending radially from a first end of the central body portion. The plug is configured to seal the first opening with the central body portion positioned within the first opening and the flange positioned within the internal volume against an internal surface of the container sidewall around the first opening. The beverage container includes a sealing device coupled with the top section of the container body and configured to seal the second opening to enclose the internal volume of the container body.
Multi piece corrugated box assemblies, blanks, and systems for heavy bag in box dispensed products
Corrugated box assemblies, blanks, and systems for individually shipping a bag of liquid stored therein and converting an inner portion into a bag-in-box dispenser are provided. An example box assembly includes an inner portion including a plurality of walls. The inner portion includes an interior configured to receive and store the bag of liquid, which may range from about 3 to 6 gallons. The inner portion further includes a removable perforation feature defined by a series of perforations on at least one of a front wall and a front top flap extending from the front wall. A top portion and a bottom portion each include a plurality of walls that, when formed, define an opening sized to fit around the inner portion. The box assembly may be configured to pass individual box shipping test standards, such as ISTA and SIOC test standards. Methods of forming the box assembly are also provided.
Beverage Container
A beverage container for holding pressurized beverages, comprising a cylindrical metal construction, wherein the container side wall includes one or more indentations or indented shapes proximate the container bottom, wherein the indentations or shapes define the shape of a second pouring aperture when ruptured.
A SEALING DEVICE, AND A PACKAGING CONTAINER
A sealing device for forming a transversal seal to a tetrahedral packaging container is provided. The sealing device comprises a sealing element and an imprint ruler arranged at a longitudinal distance from the sealing element. The sealing element is configured to provide a top transversal seal to a packaging container while the imprint ruler is configured to provide a transversal imprint to the same packaging container.
Shipping And Dispensing Construct
A shipping and dispensing construct for engaging a plurality of product holding containers. The shipping and dispensing construct can comprise a plurality of panels comprising at least a front panel, a first side panel, a back panel, and a second side panel. Attachment features can be for attaching the shipping and dispensing construct to the plurality of product holding container. The attachment features can be in one or more panels of the plurality of panels. Dispensing features can be for removal of respective product holding containers of the plurality of product holding containers from the shipping and dispensing construct. The dispensing features can be in one or more panels of the plurality of panels.
Reclosable carton and blank therefor
The present invention provides an enclosed carton for storing and dispensing a plurality of consumer goods. The carton is reclosable and resealable using an interior tuck tab that is formed from one of the carton panels. The tab has a perimeter defined by a line of weakness for separating the interior tuck tab from the carton panel, a first fold line for hingedly connecting the interior tuck tab to the panel and a second fold line spaced apart from the first fold line; and a pair of notches disposed on the interior tuck tab substantially parallel to the second fold line.
Beverage Container
A beverage container for holding pressurized beverages, comprising a cylindrical metal construction, wherein the container side wall includes one or more indentations or indented shapes proximate the container bottom, wherein the indentations or shapes define the shape of a second pouring aperture when ruptured.
BEVERAGE CAN OR EQUIVALENT OPENABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER
A beverage can (1) or an equivalent openable beverage container which comprises a bottom part, a cylindrical side part and an annular cover structure (3), whereby said side part is attached to the cover structure (3) either via a reducing collar (2) formed at the upper end of the side part or without a reducing collar and said cover structure (3) includes an openable hole (6) for pouring the contents out of the can or for drinking the contents from said can directly. An inwards-directed impression (7) has been formed in the reducing collar (2) or the top edge of the cylindrical part of the beverage can (1) immediately at the point of the hole (6) in the cover structure (3) without substantially damaging the cover structure (3) to form in the beverage can (1) both a pouring spout and a shape improving the drinking event.
DUAL MOUTH SHOTGUN CAN
The dual mouth shotgun can may combine the advantages of a standard aluminum beverage can with a second opening to allow for a high rate of air flow and displacement resulting in a high rate of fluid flow from the can. The can may implement a stay-tab mechanism, or any other appropriate mechanism, for ease of use and familiarity, on the standard top opening, and may further implement a stay-tab mechanism, or other appropriate mechanism on the bottom or lower side of the can for shotgunning the fluid in the can.
The dual mouth shotgun can may provide a user with a single opening mechanism on its top surface for normal drinking, and a second opening mechanism on its bottom or lower side surface for drinks shotgunning. In one embodiment the can may comprise an upper and a lower body that may be twisted relative to one another to expose an opening in the side of the can that allows for drinks shotgunning. In another embodiment the can may further comprise a pushrod that leverages the second opening open when the first opening is opened. In another embodiment the can may require that the upper and lower bodies must be rotated to align outer and inner holes that then allow the pushrod to push open the second opening.
