A pallet includes: a top plate that has a rectangular shape and that is to be loaded with a load object; multiple blocks that are disposed at a multiple locations including four corners of the top plate and that support the top plate from below; and a bottom plate that is disposed such that the multiple blocks are placed on the bottom plate. The top plate has a long side and a short side. Blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate each has a long side and a short side. The long side of each of the blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate is disposed along the short side of the top plate.

The present invention provides a moldable mixture containing large portion of agricultural fibers and small portion of a binding agent and a flow-promoting filler material. The moldable mixture is substantially free of formaldehyde, with low moisture content and high draw ratio. The present invention also provides methods of manufacturing molded products and related parts, based on the claimed moldable mixture. Molded products (830) and related parts such as runner (810) and plank (820) with light weight, high density and more complex profile are manufactured by the claimed methods including steps of providing required materials for a moldable mixture, mixing the provided materials to form a moldable mixture, shaking the moldable mixture in preparing for compression molding and compression molding the moldable mixture to form molded products and related parts.

A modular pallet formed from a plurality of frame members and a plurality of deck members. The deck members extend between the frame members to define an upper deck surface and optionally a lower deck surface of the pallet. A plurality of spaced-apart channels are formed in at least an upper surface of the frame members to receive the deck members. In some embodiments the pallet may be configured as a stringer pallet and in other embodiments the pallet may be configured as a block pallet. In some embodiments the frame members are unitary stringers. In other embodiments the frame members are modular structures each comprising a block pallet subassembly and a deck support panel. The number, size, orientation and spacing of the channels formed in the frame members and the corresponding arrangement of the deck members may vary in different embodiments of the pallet. Once assembled, the frame members and deck members may be integrally connected, such as by heat welding. In some embodiments the pallet is formed from readily recyclable plastic.

Disclosed herein is a pallet that includes a top deck and a support section. The top deck includes a first frame portion and an encasement encasing the first frame portion. The support section includes a second frame portion connected to the first frame portion of the top deck.

The pallet assembly comprises a top plate, a load-force plate, a runner, and a plurality of load blocks disposed between the load force plate and the runner. The load-force plate is disposed between the top plate and the runner and increases the load bearing capacity of the top plate while adding strength to the pallet assembly. The pallet assembly includes a biocidal coating material that protects shipment of foodstuffs and other products requiring sanitary conditions, preventing the growth of mold, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The pallet assembly includes a pallet integrated module positioned between the top plate and the runner, that collects journey data on location, temperature, humidity and shock along with store forward capability during not connected times of each journey of the pallet assembly. The load-force plate has either an X-form configuration or a cross-form configuration. In one preferred embodiment, an antenna is embedded in the cross-form configuration.

A pallet includes a base layer, a cargo layer and spaced apart supports coupled between the base and cargo layers and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The supports include outer corner supports each configured as a C-shaped bracket, and center supports each configured as a circular-shaped cylinder. Each center support including an outer wall having opposing ends, a center hub having opposing ends, and ribs extending between the center hub and the outer wall.

A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly said container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize said container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.

Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to a transportation system for carrying servers. The transportation system includes a server rack and a shock-absorbing pallet. The shock-absorbing pallet is secured under the server rack and configured to move relative to the server rack to dampen vibration during transportation of the server rack. The shock-absorbing pallet includes a top cover, a bottom cover, one or more isolation devices, and one or supporting layers. The one or more isolation devices are disposed between the top cover and the bottom cover. Each isolation device includes a shock-absorbing component coupled to the top cover and the bottom cover. The one or more supporting layers are secured between the top cover and the bottom cover around the one or more isolation devices. The one or more supporting layers have a plurality of slots for guiding a pallet lifter therethrough.

A plastic pallet and method of construction that permits plastic pallets of numerous different sizes and options to be easily produced from only a very small inventory of parts and without requiring a user to purchase or construct numerous different shapes and sizes of molds in order to produce a wide variety of pallets of various shapes, sizes and options.

A securing apparatus configured to assist in securing objects to a pallet during packaging and shipping includes a main body having first and second wall portions spaced from one another to define a channel, and a hook extending from the main body via a neck portion. At least one of the first and second wall portions includes an anchor for engaging and being embedded in a pallet. A fastener may be received through an aperture of the main body to releasably attach the securing apparatus to a pallet, and the anchor may be at least partially embedded in the pallet. So configured, a filament may be looped about the hook to assist in securing objects to the pallet in a first securing configuration, and another filament may be received in the channel to assist in securing objects to the pallet in a second securing configuration.
