METHOD OF CONVERTING A CAGED INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER TO A STACKABLE PLANT MATERIAL DRYER
A method of manufacturing a dryer for plant material, which converts a caged intermediate bulk container tote into a dryer by adding wires from which plant material may be hung to dry. Intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are widely available and offer the benefits of stackability and easy transport; the method creates plant material dryers with the same advantages. Any number of wire segments may be attached to the cage of the IBC tote. Illustrative configurations may place wires into two rows: one row of wires across the top of the cage, and a second row roughly at mid-height of the cage. Wires may be for example stainless steel wires with a gauge between 24 gauge and 30 gauge.
Universal pallets for storage and display
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
PALLET
A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. Consequently, the cost for manufacturing the pallet can be reduced. In addition, when one base member is damaged or missing, the damaged or missing base member can be replaced by a new base member. Therefore, the pallet can be used for more times, allowing the cost reduction in manufactory. Furthermore, the base members and the connecting bars are connected with each other to form the pallet frame which is rigid and has high structural strength, such that the pallet frame would not deform and is safe when used for handling and transporting materials.
Vehicle Stacking Crate
A system and method that provides for a crate consisting of main flooring section and additional side supports and horizontal beam bracing, that when assembled give the crate the rigidity to be stacked vertically, with multiple units on top of each other, with no other supporting structure. Safe lifting is ensured by fully enclosed fork pockets across the crate base. Safe stacking is ensured by using ISO shipping container casting, as part of the crate design along with top lug assembly to provide positive lateral restraint when stacked.
UNIVERSAL PALLETS FOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
Container
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a folding container comprising a base, a first mount on the base, a first side wall, and a translational hinge connecting the first side wall to the first mount. The translational hinge facilitates rotational and translational movement of the first side wall between an upright erected state and a folded state, in which the first side wall extends in a generally parallel to the base. The container also has an upright lock featuring a peg on the first side wall and a catch on the mount. The catch has a recess for receiving the peg of the first side wall to lock the first side wall into the erected state. The recess is elongated, at least in part, in a direction that is slanted in respect to the upright orientation.

Packaging Assemblies for Product Components, and Related Methods
A packaging assembly is provided for holding multiple different product components, where the different product components are usable together to form a product. The packaging assembly includes a base and at least one sidewall coupled to the base. A first compartment is disposed generally above the base and is configured to hold a first component. A second compartment is disposed generally above the first compartment and is configured to hold a second component. The packaging assembly also includes a divider positioned between the first and second compartments, a lid disposed generally over the second compartment, at least one securing device configured to secure the lid to the at least one sidewall, and at least one cross member disposed generally above the lid which is coupled to the at least one sidewall.
Universal top cap
The invention is directed to a universal top cap having structure for securely mating with and supporting a pallet, or a steel mesh container or a collapsible container. The top cap includes an upper support surface having an upwardly extending lip structure along a perimeter of the upper surface. The upper surface is also provided with recesses and protrusions which enable the top cap to mate with the various items.
FLEXIBLE EXTENDED-LENGTH BULK BIN
The invention is directed to a flexible and collapsible extended-length bulk bin. The bulk bin includes two molded plastic end pieces that are connected at each side to each by metal rails. A bottom panel and two side wall panels are also positioned between the two molded plastic end pieces.
