Multiconfigurable, Collapsible, Modular Tote Container
A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly said container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize said container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.
FOLDABLE CONTAINER
A foldable container comprises a base and two pairs of side plates. The side plates are mounted on the base by means of a hinge mechanism in manner of being foldable relative to the base. The hinge mechanism is provided with an elastic reset structure, thereby the hinge structure on the side plates moves downwards synchronously in the courses that the side plates overturn from a folding state to an upright state. The hinge structure solves the problem of delay in the falling of a hinge in the prior art, is well adapted to the operation habits of various users, and is simple in structure and skillful in the concept.
Combination for use as a pallet alone or modified for use as a container
A combination that can be used as a pallet alone or modified to be used as a container. The combination includes a pallet and a container. The pallet rests on a horizontal surface and can be used as a pallet when used alone. The container has a bottom and selectively extends upwardly from the pallet. The pallet forms the bottom of the container when the pallet is modified to be used as the container. Further included are a method for constructing the pallet and a method for constructing the container.
Frame and pallet coaming box
A frame and a pallet coaming box, the frame (100) comprising: two long side plates (10) and two groups of short side plates (20) opposite thereto, each group of short side plates (20) comprising two short side plates (21, 22), wherein the two short plates (21, 22) are capable of being folded over each other, and the long side plates (10) and the short side plates (21, 22) that are next to each other are capable of being folded over one another; one of the two short side plates (21, 22) being provided with at least one first engaging portion (211), and the other short side plate being provided with a second engaging portion (221) matching the first engaging portion; a locking device (30) being further arranged between the two short side plates (21, 22), the locking device (30) comprising an operating member (31), a locking member (32), and a locking structure (33) matching the locking member (32); the locking member (32) being mounted on a short side plate (21, 22), the locking structure (33) being arranged on the other short side plate (21, 22), and the operating member (31) operatively driving the locking member (32) to mutually lock or separately unlock with the locking structure (33) so as to lock or unlock the two short side plates (21, 22). The frame minimizes outward deformation of side plates caused by engagement, and improves stability of containers during loading, transporting or stacking.
Multiple seat shipping container
Disclosed is a multiple seat shipping container (100) that includes a bottom base structure (101) configured to attach one or more first seats (120), a forward wall (103) with a lower portion (103a) pivotally attached to a forward side of the bottom base structure, a top wall (104) pivotally attached to an upper portion (103b) of the forward wall, the top wall configured to attach one or more second seats (121), and a rear wall (105) attached to a rear side of the bottom base structure. The multiple seat shipping container is configured to fold into a box shape configuration such that the one or more second seats are suspended from the top wall adjacent to the one or more first seats.
COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINERS INCLUDING ATTACHMENT BRACKETS
A container includes a first panel with a detent and a pin extending therefrom, a second panel that extends transverse to the first panel, and a bracket removably coupled to the first panel via engagement with the detent and the pin such that the bracket prevents movement of the second panel relative to the first panel. The detent is selectively depressed to thereby decouple the bracket from the first panel.
COLLAPSIBLE PALLET CASING ASSEMBLY AND USE THEREOF
The invention relates to a collapsible pallet casing assembly (1), comprising a pallet (2) with a frame structure enclosing a loading surface thereof, a rear casing wall, a front casing wall (32) a top casing wall (15), as well as first (17) and second lateral casing walls. The assembly (1) is transferable between an erected state, in which it is used as a shipping crate for bulky objects, and a collapsed state in which it may be stored or transported as a unit claiming little space. The assembly (1) is transferable from the erected state to the collapsed state by folding all said casing walls (15, 17, 32) on top of each other onto the pallet (2). The invention also relates to use of such a pallet casing assembly (1) for shipping bulky objects, especially server racks or power cabinets.
COLLAPSIBLE SHIPPING CONTAINER
A collapsible container that includes a base, a first side panel hingedly attached to the base, a second side panel hingedly attached to the base, a first end panel hingedly attached to the base, with the first end panel including a door, and a second end panel hingedly attached to the base. The collapsible container can further include a top cover. The collapsible container is configured to be positioned in a collapsed position and an assembled position. In an assembled position, the collapsible container is configured to hold items during a domestic or international move.
Cargo Unit
Described herein are units for transportation of cargo, and methods of using them. In some embodiments, the units are collapsible, stackable cargo units. In some embodiments, the cargo units include a generally rectangular base having a front, a rear and two sides, with forklift slots on its front, rear and each side. The cargo units may further include front and rear walls extending upward from the base. The cargo units may further include first and second side walls extending upward from the base between the front and rear walls. The first side wall may have a length greater than the second side wall. The cargo units may further include an integrated lid hingedly attached to one or more of the front, rear, and side walls.
