Lockset and pallet loading bin having same
A lockset and a pallet loading bin an associated lock hole. The lockset comprises a lock bar and a handle comprising a connection end. A lock bar is provided with a hook member to interlock with the lock hole and a connection portion. The lock bar is rotatably connected via the connection portion, to a bin body of the pallet loading bin. Rotating the lock bar around the connection portion parallel to an outer surface of the bin body causes the hook member to extend into or retract from the lock hole, thereby interlocking or releasing the lockset. The handle is rotatably connected via the connection end, to a second end of the lock bar opposite to the first end of the lock bar. Rotating the handle around the connection end positions the handle close to or away from the outer surface of the bin body.
Lockset and pallet loading bin having same
Provided are a lockset and a pallet loading bin having the same. A lock hole is arranged at the pallet loading bin. The lockset comprises a lock bar and a handle. A first end of the lock bar is provided with a hook member for fitting the lock hole to realize locking. A connection portion is provided at the lock bar. The lock bar is rotatably connected, through the connection portion, to a bin body of the pallet loading bin. Rotation of the lock bar around the connection portion in a plane parallel to an outer surface of the bin body causes the hook member to extend into or retract from the lock hole, thereby realizing locking or unlocking of the lockset. The handle comprises a connection end. The handle is rotatably connected, through the connection end, to a second end of the lock bar opposite to the first end of the lock bar. Rotation of the handle around the connection end causes the handle to be positioned close to or away from the outer surface of the bin body. The lockset has a simple structure and low costs, can be processed and manufactured easily, can be operated flexibly with less effort, and adapts to the small thicknesses of an end wall and a side wall of a pallet loading bin.
Method and apparatus for collapsible container
A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releasably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position.
Wall element
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a wall element for a load carrier. The wall element has a body with a frame, which defines at least one opening. The wall element features at least one panel for covering the at least one opening of the frame. The wall element further features a cover strip for detachable attachment to the body through a reversible attachment interface between the cover strip and the body to secure the at least one panel to the at least one opening.
Foldable container
This application discloses a foldable container. The foldable container has a base and two pairs of opposite side plates. The side plates are hinged to the base. Adjacent side plates are capable of being engaged with each other through engaging structures and being locked with each other through locking mechanisms to form a container body. At least one of the side plates is arranged such that when being unlocked from an adjacent side plate, it can be rotated towards the inner side of the container body and can be also rotated towards the outer side of the container body relative to the base. At least one side plate of the foldable container in this application can be rotated towards the inner side of the container body and can be rotated towards the outer side of the container body, and can be removed after being rotated, thereby greatly facilitate accessing goods, especially bulky and heavy goods.
Foldable container
A foldable container comprises a base and two pairs of side plates. The side plates are mounted on the base by means of a hinge mechanism in manner of being foldable relative to the base. The hinge mechanism is provided with an elastic reset structure, thereby the hinge structure on the side plates moves downwards synchronously in the courses that the side plates overturn from a folding state to an upright state. The hinge structure solves the problem of delay in the falling of a hinge in the prior art, is well adapted to the operation habits of various users, and is simple in structure and skillful in the concept.
Latchable Ramp Pallet 004
An apparatus and methods are described for an improved pallet for the transportation and storage of goods. The pallet disclosed herein has four walls that are at least 4 inches tall that may be lowered to allow the efficient removal of goods off of the pallet. The wall may be used as a ramp to slide the goods off of the pallet. The walls may be locked in an upright position to ensure the goods are secured onto the pallet during transport or storage. When the goods are needed, one or more of the walls may be unlocked and lowered so that the goods do not have to be lifted over the wall to unload the goods from the pallet. The wall may also be in the lowered position to allow goods to be loaded onto to the pallet without having to lift them up and over the wall. The pallet also consists of nine feet that are at least 4 inches high, which minimizes the risk of forks missing the pallet opening when the forks are inserted to move the pallet.
INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USING SAME
An intermediate bulk container (IBC) system comprising a base and walls, and having an interior space. The system comprises a drain in the base or in a wall, a liner bag having a liner bag drain couplable to the drain in the base or in a wall, and a door coupled to the wall by a hinge and shaped to cover an opening in the wall. The opening extends from a top of the wall. The hinge is coupled to the door to allow the door to rotate into the interior space. A stop prevents the door from rotating beyond the wall. The system may be used by rotating the door into the interior space to expose the opening, reaching through the opening and operatively coupling the liner bag drain at the drain in the base or in a wall, and rotating the door to cover the opening.
PALLET AND PANEL STORAGE SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
Disclosed are systems, apparatus and methods for transporting a palletized stack of bottles or other similar bulk-produced containers using a unique pallet base and a unique set of side panels that may be engaged with the base and with each other in order to protect the stacks of bottles on the pallet base during shipping and transport. Embodiments of the invention dampen vibrations, protect the bottles from exterior contaminants, and allow the bottles to be viewed from the outside. Embodiments of the invention also provide reusable pallet systems that are easy to assemble and disassemble, and ship back for reuse.
Container
The container (10) has a lid structure (18) comprising two lid panels (20f) and (20t). The first lid panel (20t) forms at least a part of the top wall (14). The second lid panel 20f forms at least part of one of the side walls (16d). When the container (10) is in the erected condition the lid structure (18) can have one of, and be moved between, a closed configuration; top load configuration; and, front load configuration. The front load configuration has two variants. In a first front load configuration the first and second lid panels (20t) and (20f) remain connected to each other and are moved so that they are in a substantial face to face relationship. In the second front load configuration the second lid panel (20f) is pivoted to lie on top of the first lid panel (20t).
