ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY TRANSPORTATION CONTAINER HAVING SHIELD SLEEVE
In the present invention related to an electric vehicle battery transportation container having a shield sleeve, a ratchet tightens a belt to fix an electric vehicle battery to a seat base in a state in which a battery fixing hook connected to a leading end portion of the ratchet accommodated in a ratchet accommodation recess part formed in the seat base is inserted into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seat base, one or more foldable anti-slip parts installed on the seat base stand upright to prevent left-right slip and front-rear slip of the electric vehicle battery at the same time, and a corner support shaft formed with an inclined structure having a decreasing inner diameter is unevenly coupled to a support shaft insertion groove to load seat bases on a transportation vehicle in multiple stages. When the seat base is manufactured as a grid frame, and front, rear, left, and right surfaces of the seat base are shielded using a shield sleeve according to the present invention, a weight of the seat base may be minimized to reduce a transportation cost when the seat base is loaded on and transported by a transportation vehicle or vessel, and contamination of the electric vehicle battery due to dust or foreign matters may be prevented while the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seat base is transported for a long time.
PACKAGE UNIT
A package unit includes: a base on which a packaged object is placed; a box that surrounds the packaged object; and a lid that covers the box such that a surface provided with an overlapping section where a sheet is folded and overlapped serves as a high impact resistance surface when the packaged object receives an impact.
Load bearing structure
The present invention provides a thinner, movable load bearing structure having indentations, grooves, valleys, channels or other similar depressions on its underside. These depressions are mated with corresponding features for improved loading bearing capabilities. The load bearing structures also includes roughened side edges for improving the strength of the edges. The load bearing structure may be a dunnage platform or a container for storing and/or shipping cargo.
INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USING SAME
An intermediate bulk container (IBC) system comprising a base and walls, and having an interior space. The system comprises a drain in the base or in a wall, a liner bag having a liner bag drain couplable to the drain in the base or in a wall, and a door coupled to the wall by a hinge and shaped to cover an opening in the wall. The opening extends from a top of the wall. The hinge is coupled to the door to allow the door to rotate into the interior space. A stop prevents the door from rotating beyond the wall. The system may be used by rotating the door into the interior space to expose the opening, reaching through the opening and operatively coupling the liner bag drain at the drain in the base or in a wall, and rotating the door to cover the opening.
Collapsible ring and transport container with a collapsible ring
The invention relates to a collapsible ring made of several side walls (15, 16) for a transportation container (11), which is positioned to stand on a palette base (12) of a transportation palette (13) and surrounds an interior (19) delimited by the side walls (15, 16), and at least one intermediate base (31) that can be arranged in the ring (14) in a usage position (32) and having at least one releasable connection (34) formed between the side wall (15, 16) and the intermediate base (31), said connection being formed by at least one holding element (36), wherein adjacent and/or opposing side walls (15, 16) are held by the releasable connection (34) at a distance to the intermediate base (31), and the intermediate base (31) is simultaneously positioned by the releasable connection (34) to the usage position (32) in relation to the adjacent side wall.
PALLET AND PANEL STORAGE SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
Disclosed are systems, apparatus and methods for transporting a palletized stack of bottles or other similar bulk-produced containers using a unique pallet base and a unique set of side panels that may be engaged with the base and with each other in order to protect the stacks of bottles on the pallet base during shipping and transport. Embodiments of the invention dampen vibrations, protect the bottles from exterior contaminants, and allow the bottles to be viewed from the outside. Embodiments of the invention also provide reusable pallet systems that are easy to assemble and disassemble, and ship back for reuse.
Pallet collar, a pallet collar system and use thereof
A pallet collar which is a casing structure, generally having four walls interconnected to form a rectangular frame, and used for providing a pallet with walls enclosing a loading space thereof, to hold and protect goods placed on the pallet during storage and/or transport.
PACKAGING CONTAINER, PACKAGING METHOD, AND METAL FOIL TRANSPORT METHOD
Provided are a packaging container, a packaging method, and a method for carrying metal foil, which can suppress damage and deformation of the packaging container and enable stable carrying even if the packaging container is carried while suspending it in the midair. A packaging container made of corrugated cardboard includes: a pallet 2 having leg portions 21; a body frame 3 arranged on the pallet 2, the body frame 3 having bearing grooves 31 at end wall portions 32 opposing to each other; and a lid portion 4 provided on the body frame 3, wherein each of the leg portions 21 is arranged on an inner side than each of the end wall portions 23 of the pallet 2.
RECYCLABLE SHIPPING CRATE
A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.
