A MODULAR PRODUCE CRATE
A modular produce crate has four side panels, a base panel and abase having a quadrant of upper surface corner base connectors. Each side panel defines an interior base panel channel, a pair of side panel corner connectors extending below the channel and side panel interfacing edges above the channel. Adjacent pairs of the side panel corner connectors plug into each respective corner base connector to enclose the channels around the base panel to hold the base panel and adjacent interfacing edges thereof are fastened together. As such, the base panel is held fast by the engagement of the side panel connectors within the respective base connectors thereunderneath and by the fastened interfacing edges of the side panels thereabove.
Container with passive lock system
A passive locking system is used to attach molded plastic bottom and cover members to the bottom and top edges of a four-sided sleeve to create a container that can be handled by a forklift and knocked down for storage and/or return shipment. The locks comprise molded tabs and receiver slots and allow for easy attachment and removal of the sleeve to the bottom and top members without the need for tools or manipulation of slide latches. In the preferred embodiment, foldable clips are attached to the sleeve edges to provide tabs on the sleeve. The clip tabs enter into apertures in the outside rim of the pallet and cover only when the sleeve edges are fully inserted into the pallet and cover.
Transport containers for air-cooled heat exchangers
A transport container for transporting a hub and vanes of a fan prior to assembly of the fan includes a body having a floor and defining an interior having a top opening. The transport container also includes a lid that removably covers the top opening. A divider wall is positioned within the interior so that the interior is divided into first and second internal compartments that hold the vanes of the fan. A hub post is positioned within the interior of the body. The hub post has a bottom end portion attached to the floor and a top end portion that is inserted into a central opening of the hub of the fan.
SHIPPING AND STOCKING CONTAINER
A shipping container is configured to transport goods from a distribution center, to a retail location, and onto the sales floor of the retail location. The shipping container glides on wheels and is stackable. The shipping container is configured to receive forklift forks from multiple sides. At least one of the channels includes a surrounding framework to safeguard against tilting. The lid is selectively mountable in two orientations to close the container or to provide handles for propelling and/or steering the shipping container. An expandable storage location for empty packaging is provided at an exterior of the shipping container.
Method and apparatus for collapsible container
A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releasably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position.
Wall element
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a wall element for a load carrier. The wall element has a body with a frame, which defines at least one opening. The wall element features at least one panel for covering the at least one opening of the frame. The wall element further features a cover strip for detachable attachment to the body through a reversible attachment interface between the cover strip and the body to secure the at least one panel to the at least one opening.
Container with lid locking device
This application discloses a container. The container comprises a base, two pairs of opposite side plates and a lid. The two pairs of opposite side plates are both connected to the base. The lid can be locked to the top of the side plate via a locking device. Each of the four top corners of the container is provided with one locking device. The four locking device are arranged opposite to each other tin pairs along the corresponding diagonal of the lid, and each of the locking device includes one locking tongue member provided on the lid and one locking groove provided on the corresponding side plate. The locking tongue member has a locking tongue and is arranged to be movable relative to the lid so that the locking tongue is insertable into the locking groove to lock the lid to the side plate and is detachable from the locking groove to unlock the lid. Each of the locking grooves extends outwardly from the side plate along the corresponding diagonal direction of the lid. The lid of the container of the present application can be unlocked from any direction.
CLIP FOR FLORMING PASSIVE LOCKS BETWEEN CONTAINER SLEEVES AND BASES
A molded plastic clip for attachment to the edge of a container sleeve to form part of a passive lock operable between he sleeve and a base structure such as a molded plastic pallet having a peripheral groove for receiving the edge of the panel. The clip comprises a molded plastic body having two generally planar panels joined at one end by a double hinge that allows the panels to be folded into a parallel condition spaced apart by the geometry of the double hinge wherein the inner surfaces of the panels are provided with integral male and female snap lock features and an outer panel is provided with an integral protruding tab feature near the double hinge to fit into a locking slot or opening in the structure groove. The clips are used in multiples.
Thermally insulated shipping system for pallet-sized payload, methods of making and using the same, and kit for use therein
Thermally insulated shipping system for use in transporting a pallet-sized payload. In one embodiment, the system includes a plurality of thermally insulating walls arranged to define an interior volume suitable for receiving a pallet-sized payload. The thermally insulating walls include a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, a left wall, and a right wall, of which all but the bottom wall include at least two slots facing towards the interior volume. One of the slots is an inner slot that is more proximal to the interior volume, and one of the slots is an outer slot that is more distal to the interior volume. The system also includes a plurality of inner cassettes disposed in at least some of the inner slots and a plurality of outer cassettes disposed in at least some of the outer slots. The inner and outer cassettes include phase-change materials.
