METHOD FOR PRODUCING PACKAGING FOR AN ITEM AND PACKAGING
A method for producing packaging for an item and to a packaging for an item is provided. The method provides for the following: providing a container material consisting of a leaf material from a plant; shaping the container material into a three-dimensional packaging container having a container opening and a container edge surrounding the container opening; producing a sealing edge on a top surface of the container edge, wherein the top surface of the container edge is sanded down by sanding; placing an item in the three-dimensional packaging container through the container opening and sealing the container opening by a sealing film, wherein the sealing film is adhesively bonded to the sealing edge in an adhesive-free manner.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PUSH-PULL TYPE NON-CIRCULAR CYLINDRICAL CONTAINER
An environmentally friendly push-pull type non-circular cylindrical container includes a paper lid. A bottom side of the paper lid is fixedly installed with an inner tube that is fixedly sheathed with an elliptical tube. An inner wall of the elliptical tube is fixedly installed with a bottom bracket and a fixed gasket. A same rotary toothed piece is movably installed on a side of the bottom bracket and the fixed gasket close to each other. An inner wall of the toothed piece is movably installed with a limiting wood shaft. A threaded rod is movably installed on the limiting wood shaft, and is movably sheathed with a gasket located on a top side of the toothed piece. The threaded rod is sheathed with a nut, a piston piece is fixedly installed on a top side of the nut, and the piston piece contacts an inner wall of the inner tube.
FUSION PACK CONTAINING BOTH A SHEET STACK AND CORRUGATED BOARD THAT ARE OVERWRAPPED BY PLASTIC FILM IN A SEAL TIGHT MANNER WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE SHEET STACK
A package of a sheet stack and a corrugated board all overwrapped with plastic film that is heat sealed. The sheet stack and the corrugated board are adjacent each other. The corrugated board is thicker and larger than each of the posterboard sheets to protect corner regions of the sheet stack from damage otherwise arising from bending and curling forces imposed from heat sealing the overwrapped plastic film. The sheet stack may have arranged one after the other either posterboard sheets or foam core board sheets or both.
UV-resistant roofing shingles film, roll, and package
An ultraviolet (UV)-resistant roofing shingles plastic film, package, packaging roll, and methods are disclosed. The UV-resistant plastic film includes an inner surface to face roofing shingles and an outer surface. The plastic film has a UV inhibitor to obstruct UV light.
Opening configuration for shrink-wrapped package
Non-crosslinked polyolefin films or doped crosslinked polyolefin films (i.e., crosslinked polyolefin films that include a tear-alignment additive) may be used to shrink-wrap packages to create a wrapped package that is protected from tampering and damage but is also easy to open with little effort required by the customer. There is no need for perforations, and the films are quiet when torn, folded, cut, etc. Tear initiating cuts may be formed in the film. A tab may be placed over the film, and when the tab is pulled it applies enough force to start a pair of straight tears. The tears may be parallel or perpendicular to each other. The tears propagate in non-crosslinked polyolefin easily in the machine direction of the film as the tab continues to be pulled. In a doped crosslinked polyolefin, the tears propagate in the machine direction or perpendicular to the machine direction of the film.
STRETCHED FILM, PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING STRETCHED FILM
A stretched film, which has excellent impact resistance and oxygen barrier properties and which suppresses the number of pinholes after being bent, a packaging material using the same, and a method for producing the stretched film are provided. The stretched film contains from 80 to 5 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B) relative to from 20 to 95 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A), the polyamide resin (A) being an aliphatic polyamide resin, the polyamide resin (B) containing a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or more of the constituent unit derived from a diamine being derived from xylylenediamine, from 30 to 70 mol % of the constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from an am-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 8 carbons, and from 70 to 30 mol % of the constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from isophthalic acid provided that a total of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid is not more than 100 mol %.
Storage tray bag for prepared food item and method of use
A disposable food bag for use with a food tray which has a base of a predetermined length L and a width W, a wall extending upward from the base of a predetermined height H forming a container to provide a predetermined depth D and having a upper perimeter lip, wherein the bag includes a plastic substrate of length L1 which is slightly larger than length L and a width W1 which is slightly larger than width W and has an outer portion is configured to be retained by the perimeter lip, and an inner portion which when the outer portion is so retained has a depth D1 approximately the depth D and has at least one vent opening disposed within the inner portion.
CONTAINER FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE-CONTAINING CONTAINER
A container for an alcoholic beverage, the container being formed of a laminated body provided with a substrate layer containing paper, a barrier layer, and a sealant film in this order from the outside, and having a resin layer containing zinc oxide particles provided further to the inside than the barrier layer. Also an alcoholic beverage-containing container comprising the container for an alcoholic beverage, and an alcoholic beverage that is accommodated in the container for an alcoholic beverage.
Airtight container having deformable cover unit or deformable container unit
Disclosed is an airtight container having a deformable cover unit or a deformable container unit, which ensures easy maintenance of the cover unit and allows the cover unit to be easily used with a large-capacity fixed container unit, or which includes an expandable accommodating space or an expandable inlet to accommodate various sizes of storage items therein in an airtight manner. The airtight container includes a deformable cover unit for useable with a fixed container unit. Alternatively, the airtight container includes first and second frames pivotably connected to each other so as to be selectively coupled to or come into contact with each other in order to seal a contact or coupling portion therebetween, and a deformable container unit disposed over the frames and configured to provide an accommodating space for a storage item therein.
