Once secured, the products cannot be removed from the case without showing evidence of the removal. The disclosed systems also provide a tear strip and/or a tear corner that can be used to release the products from the sealed case.

The invention relates to a blank for unfolding a holding device for containers, in particular cans, with a beaded rim, where the blank has a cover section for the arrangement on a row of containers, and where two oppositely disposed fixation sections are formed at the cover section, by way of a fold line each to the cover section, which is characterised in that holding edges for engaging underneath the beaded rims of the containers are formed at the fixation sections by rectilinear main cut lines running offset parallel to the fold lines. A sleeve for a container includes a main body portion defining a primary loop that is configured to receive and surround a section of a container inserted therein. An ancillary portion is adjacent the main body portion and defines a secondary loop configured to receive and hold an ancillary item.
