Collapsible container carrier
A basket-type carrier formed from a single blank of foldable sheet material and method for forming is disclosed. The carrier has a pair of handle panels, a pair of bottom panels, a pair of bottom reinforcement panels, a front panel, a back panel, side panels, side reinforcement panels, side flaps, interior partition panels, and interior partition attachment flaps. The carrier is collapsed and expanded by means of an umbrella-type mechanism wherein side flaps connected to side panels and to interior partition panels slide up and down between the handle panels. This positions front, back, side, and bottom panels in either the collapsed position with these panels folded against the handle panels, flattening the carrier for storage, or in the expanded position with these panels pulled away from the handle panels, expanding the carrier to receive articles.
CONTAINERS HAVING ATTACHABLE DIVIDER HANDLES AND BLANKS THEREFOR
A container (100, 300) configured to carry a plurality of articles includes a body (101, 301) configured to form an interior space (105, 305). The body (101, 301) includes at least a side wall (107, 307) and a bottom (109, 309). The container (101, 301) includes a divider handle (111, 311) that can be configured to attach to the body (101, 301). The divider handle (111, 311) forms a handle and at least one divider configured to divide the interior space (105, 305) into at least two compartments.
Portable handle assembly
The present disclosure provides a portable handle assembly for use with one or more secondary packages. The handle assembly includes a base portion. The base portion includes a first handle pocket at a proximal end extended towards a second handle pocket at a distal end. Each of the handle pocket includes a recess having an inward opening and an outward opening. The handle assembly further includes a handle having a gripping portion extended towards a first enclosed portion at the proximal end and towards a second enclosed portion at the distal end. Each of the enclosed portions is adapted to be received within the recess of at least one of the handle pocket such that it is slidingly clamped there within. When a user grasps the handle by lifting up the gripping portion, at least one of the enclosed portion slides out to a locked state and moves back.
Carton comprising an expendible handle and blank therefor
A carton for packaging one or more articles includes an extendible handle. The handle includes at least one handle panel and a collapsible structure. The collapsible structure couples the at least one handle panel to a main body of the carton. The collapsible structure comprises a pair of hinged panels. The hinged panels include an inner panel hingedly connected by a first fold line to an outer panel. The inner panel is hingedly connected to the main body of the carton. The outer panel is hingedly connected to the at least one handle panel. The collapsible tubular structure further includes an expansion facilitator which has at least one tab coupled to one of the inner and outer panels. The at least one tab interrupts the first fold line.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more article and a blank for forming the carton. The carton may have at least one display window for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall, a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises a handle feature including first (20) and second (22) handle panels in a face-contacting relationship. The first handle panel (20) is hingedly connected to, and disposed in a face-contacting relationship with, the top wall. The second handle panel (22) is detachably connected to a top end flap (38A, 40A, 38B, 40B) along a frangible line such that when the frangible line is broken, the handle feature is hingedly movable to a use position where the handle feature extends above the top wall.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more article and a blank for forming the carton. The carton may have at least one display window (A3) for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall, a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises a handle feature including first (20) and second (22) handle panels in a face-contacting relationship. The first handle panel is hingedly connected to, and disposed in a face-contacting relationship with, the top wall. The second handle panel is detachably connected to a top end flap (38A, 40A, 38B, 40B) along a frangible line (50A, 50B) such that when the frangible line is broken, the handle feature is hingedly movable to a use position where the handle feature extends above the top wall.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
