VACUUM PACKAGING PRODUCT
The disclosure provides a vacuum packaging product. The vacuum packaging product includes an outer packaging member and a cartridge configured for use in an electronic cigarette. The cartridge is filled with an aerosol-forming substrate. The cartridge is packed and hermetically sealed in the outer packaging member in a vacuum state. Since the outer packaging member is in a vacuum state, a pressure difference exists between the inside and the outside of the outer packaging member due to the vacuum state of the outer packaging member, and the outer packaging member is contracted, so as to better seal the cartridge that has been filled with the aerosol-forming substrate, and to avoid leakage caused by possible high temperature, high pressure or negative pressure during transportation.
PART PACKAGING DEVICE
Disclosed is a part packaging device. The part packaging device comprises a machine body, wherein a sliding groove and a groove are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the machine body, a placing plate is installed in the machine body, a sliding block and a lifting block are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the placing plate, the sliding block is slidably installed in the sliding groove, the lifting block is installed in the groove, a threaded rod is installed at the bottom of the interior of the groove, a lifting plate is installed in the machine body, and springs are installed between the bottom of the interior of the machine body and the lifting plate.
Method and apparatus for ultra-clean seeker transportation and storage
An ultra-clean transportation and storage system includes a product storage container with a base having product supports and a segmented lid enclosing the product supports. Rollers on the base have grooved sidewalls receiving a rail to support the product storage container and rolling along the rail edges. Lift-off hinges allow lid removal only after a predetermined rotation. Seals, a one-way breather valve, and a gas inlet allow the interior of the enclosure to be purged. A friction brake on the product storage container has an integrated O-ring contact surface and a housing enclosing complementary acme threads for moving the brake. A transfer cart includes a rail on the lift arm to support the product storage container during movement, and alignment and docking mechanisms on a transfer end effector of the lift are for docking with either a storage spaced on a storage rack or a transfer space on a pass-through.
CIRCULAR SAW BLADE HOLDER
A saw blade holder for a circular saw blade having a central aperture. The saw blade holder includes a base and a blade mount extending from the base. The blade mount includes threads. The blade mount is configured to be received in the central aperture of the circular saw blade. The saw blade holder further includes a retaining member including threads. The retaining member is removably coupled to the blade mount for retaining the circular saw blade on the blade mount.
PACKAGED ABRASIVE ARTICLES
A packaged abrasive article comprises an abrasive article hermetically sealed within a bag. The abrasive article comprises abrasive particles at least partially retained in a phenolic binder. The bag comprises a multilayer barrier film that comprises: a first substrate layer; a first polymerized acrylic layer disposed on the first substrate layer; an aluminosilicate layer disposed on the first polymerized acrylic layer; and a second polymerized acrylic layer disposed on the aluminosilicate layer.
CARRIER WITH CUSHIONING PADS
A pallet shaped carrier for manufactured article is made by thermoforming a single sheet of plastic so as to provide an array of cavities with walls and at least partial floors that may or not have drain holes. The carrier further comprises a plurality of injection molded cushioning pads with coin shaped body and stems with asymmetric retention barbs wherein the stems are inserted through strategically located holes in the walls and floors of the cavities.
