INFLATABLE CONTAINMENT TANK

A rapid deployment containment tank includes an inflatable container and a self-contained compressed gas source. The container defines a liquid chamber and an open top through which a liquid passes into the liquid chamber. The container is shiftable between a deflated configuration and an inflated configuration. The container includes a flexible base wall and a flexible sidewall cooperating to define the liquid chamber. The sidewall projects from the base wall along an interface and includes an air chamber. The air chamber includes a plurality of tubular columns spaced apart along the interface. The compressed gas source is coupled to the container and is fluidly connected to the air chamber to supply a compressed gas for inflating the container. The tubular columns are fillable with the compressed gas to cause the sidewall to lift upwardly from the base wall, as the container shifts from the deflated configuration to the inflated configuration.

Flexible tank

A flexible tank fillable with a liquid having a base and at least one enclosing wall. The base has an upper surface and a lower surface, and defines a plurality of edges and a perimeter. The enclosing wall extends about the base and is attached thereto to, together with the base, define an enclosure. The inner brace assembly comprises at least one inner support member having a base wall attachment side and an encasing wall attachment side. The base wall attachment side is attached to the base spaced apart from the perimeter. The encasing wall attachment side is attached to the at least one enclosing wall spaced apart from the base fold.

Industrial bag discharge spout

A discharge assembly for use with a flexible bag, e.g., a bulk bag, comprises a discharge spout coupled to a bottom panel of the bag, wherein the discharge spout is configured to be rolled. A releasable flexible fabric tape or tie secures the discharge spout in rolled configuration to the bottom panel to define a closed configuration for the discharge spout. In the closed configuration, material contents of the bag are contained within the bag. When contents of the bag are ready to be discharged, releasing the tape or tie causes the discharge spout to unroll and materials contained in the bag will flow therethrough. A discharge tube cover can also be provided that extends across the bottom panel and discharge tube. The discharge tube cover helps provide a flatter surface for the bag to rest upon, provides another level of closure to help prevent material contents of the bag from leaking, and can provide additional support and strength to the bag.

The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container incudes an outer bag and a liner positioned within in the outer bag. The liner substantially corresponds to the outer flexible bag. The outer bag and the liner each include (i) a body having a sidewall, (ii) a top panel, and (iii) a bottom panel. The sidewall has a height, a top end, and an opposing bottom end. The top panel extends from the sidewall top end and an inlet extends from the top panel. The bottom panel extends from the sidewall bottom end and an elongated discharge spout extends from the bottom panel. The outer bag elongated discharge spout and the liner elongated discharge spout each have a length from 0.40 times to 1.0 times the height of the respective outer bag sidewall and the liner sidewall. The present disclosure also provides a material discharge assembly for removing flowable granular material from the flexible container.
