[Solution] The sealing device (10) of the present invention includes: a frame member (11) having an opening portion (111), an engaging portion (113) with which a first portion (A1) of the bag-shaped film body (20) is engaged, and a heater unit (114); a moving member (12) having an attaching portion (120) to which a second portion (A2) of the bag-shaped film body (20) is attached and a heater receiving portion (121); and a handle member (13) that is slidably inserted in the frame member (11) and coupled to the moving member (12). The moving member (12) is arranged so as to be movable in the opening portion (111) toward the engaging portion (113), and the heater unit (114) and the heater receiving portion (121) are configured to clamp the bag-shaped film body (20) and heat and seal it in a state in which the moving member (12) is moved to the vicinity of the engaging portion (113) by the handle member (13).

The magnetic member and the carrier film are layered onto the polymeric film web to form a closure member. The outer plastomer layer is adjacent the magnetic member and the carrier film extends beyond an upper edge and/or a lower edge of the magnetic member. The closure is heat sealed such that the seal at the interface of the first carrier film and the second carrier film is a peelable seal, the seal at the interface of the first film web and the first carrier film is a permanent seal, and the seal at the interface of the second film web and the second carrier film is a permanent seal.
