A reclosable plastic zipper assembly, method of mounting and method of manufacturing of such, wherein the assembly has a ribbon with a first zipper strip profile and a second zipper strip profile, the first zipper strip profile includes at least one rib, and where the second zipper strip profile includes at least one recess, with the at least one rib and the at least one recess having complementary mating shapes for mating along the length of the plastic zipper assembly, the reclosable plastic zipper assembly also having a bead and a pair of perforations and the zipper strip profiles being capable of mating by folding the ribbon along the length of the plastic zipper assembly around the bead, and having a first perforation on the ribbon between the bead and the first zipper profile and a second perforation on the ribbon between the bead and second zipper profile.

A tamper evident diaphragm (110) for a flexible package (300) is provided. The tamper evident diaphragm (110) includes two diaphragm strips (112, 116). Each of the diaphragm strips (112, 116) includes at least an outer layer (140) and an inner layer (136) laminated with each other. The inner layer (136) of each of the diaphragm strips (112, 116) is sealable together to form a non-resealable peelable sealed band (142). The outer layer (140) and the inner layer (136) are configured to be sealed with the flaps (120, 124) of a zipper (108) of the flexible package (300).

A reclosable plastic zipper assembly, method of mounting and method of manufacturing of such, wherein the assembly has a ribbon with a first zipper strip profile and a second zipper strip profile, the first zipper strip profile includes at least one rib, and where the second zipper strip profile includes at least one recess, with the at least one rib and the at least one recess having complementary mating shapes for mating along the length of the plastic zipper assembly, the reclosable plastic zipper assembly also having a bead and a pair of perforations and the zipper strip profiles being capable of mating by folding the ribbon along the length of the plastic zipper assembly around the bead, and having a first perforation on the ribbon between the bead and the first zipper profile and a second perforation on the ribbon between the bead and second zipper profile.

A reclosable plastic zipper assembly of indefinite length is disclosed, the assembly including a ribbon having a first zipper strip profile and a second zipper strip profile, where the first zipper strip profile includes at least one rib, and where the second zipper strip profile includes at least one recess. The at least one rib and at least one recess are complementary in shape such that the zipper strip profiles may be mated by inserting the at least one rib into the at least one recess along the length of the plastic zipper assembly. The reclosable plastic zipper assembly further includes a bead and a pair of perforations, where the zipper strip profiles may be mated by folding the ribbon along the length of the plastic zipper assembly around the bead, where a first perforation is on the ribbon between the bead and the first zipper profile, and the second perforation is on the ribbon between the bead and second zipper profile, wherein the zipper assembly has been extruded through a single die. A bag having the aforementioned zipper assembly mounted thereon is also disclosed, as well as a method of manufacturing the aforementioned zipper assembly.

A package is provided to make it more resistant to access by individuals, such as small children, while remaining simple enough for an adult to open. A feature, such as a top gusset or a breachable flange or flap, can be provided to promote the child resistance attributes of the package.

In a packing bag to store a stored article Z with tight seal by a welded sheet material 1, a separation-prepared line portion 5, separable by predetermined tensile force by human hands, is provided, and, the separation-prepared line portion 5 is composed of half-cut laser-worked grooves 7 disposed parallel with a small interval and concaved on an inner face 1a and an outer face 1b.

A pouch includes a bag body, a zipper, and a closing sheet. The bag body includes an accommodation space that can accommodate contents, a first aperture for opening the accommodation space, and a second aperture formed so as not to face the first aperture, for opening the accommodation space. The zipper is attached to the bag body, and unseals and seals the first aperture. The zipper includes a male part and a female part. The closing sheet is attached to the bag body so as to separate the male part and the female part of the zipper from the accommodation space. The closing sheet includes a weakened part that can be broken when unsealing of the zipper.

The outer layer (140) and the inner layer (136) are configured to be sealed with the flaps (120, 124) of a zipper (108) of the flexible package (300).
