Device for squeezing out tubes
The disclosure relates to a device for emptying tubes. The device has at least one first and one second tooth roller, a housing, and an electric motor. The housing has at least one opening in the region of the two tooth rollers, the first tooth roller is arranged within the housing above the second tooth roller. The first tooth roller is freely rotatable, and the second tooth roller is driven by the electric motor. The two tooth rollers are in this case arranged one above the other such that a tube that is passed through the opening and between the two tube rollers with the tube fold at the front is drawn in by the rollers and the tube content can be pressed out of the tube.
Liquid transport system and a liner bag and a method of using the same
The invention discloses a liquid transport system and a liner bag and a method of using the same. The liquid transport system includes a intermediate bulk container and a liner bag, wherein the intermediate bulk container includes a base and a side wall mounted to the base, the base is provided with a valve port, and the liner bag includes a liner bag body and a discharge port. The liner bag body is formed by hermetically welding a front panel and a rear panel along the periphery thereof, and the discharge port is hermetically connected to the liner bag body, and the distance between an edge of the discharge port and a weld line of the liner bag body is set to a minimum. The liner bag is placed in the intermediate bulk container and the discharge port of the liner bag is installed in the valve port. The liner bag is arranged in such a manner that after the liner bag is filled, a plane where the weld lines are located is perpendicular to the base. The liquid transport system and liner bag of the present invention are simple to manufacture and facilitate the discharge of liquids, particularly viscous liquids, contained therein.
Oral Care System and Method
An oral care system includes a toothbrush and a dispenser detachably coupled to the toothbrush. The dispenser includes a collapsible bladder containing an oral care material. A compression device assembly includes an actuator operably coupled to a compression device movably mounted inside the dispenser. In one embodiment, the compression device includes a feed slot that engages opposite sides of the collapsible bladder. Actuating the actuator translates the compression device in a first longitudinal direction extruding and dispensing the oral care material from the oral care product dispenser. The actuator may be slideably mounted to the dispenser in one embodiment. A ratcheting mechanism may be provided to provide indexed movement of the compression device, thereby dispensing predetermined doses of the oral care material with each indexed movement.
Device and method for dispensing product from a flexible package
Dispensing devices and methods are provided. A dispensing device comprises an opening accessing an insertion path thereof, two opposing surfaces configured to compress a flexible package inserted into the insertion path while moving across the flexible package in two directions, and an opener configured to bend an opening region of the package out of a plane defined by the flexible package and further configured to cut a distal portion of an opening region of the flexible package. A method of dispensing product from a flexible package is also provided.
Tube squeezer
A tube squeezer includes: a first main body including first swing arms and a first handle; a second main body including second swing arms and a second handle; a first roller coupled to the first main body and positioned in a section between shafts and the first handle; a second roller coupled to the second main body, and positioned in a section between the shafts and the second handle, wherein second ends of the second swing arms are respectively coupled to second ends of the first swing arms to be swingable by respective shafts; and a pressure member having a preset volume and positioned on an outer surface of a portion where the first main body and the second main body are movably connected to each other.
Method of providing a personalized skin care composition where the composition is mixed with a mixing element that does not contact the ingredients during mixing
A personalized skin care system that includes a dispensing device, at least one removable cartridge, a single-dose pod, and a mixing element. The removable cartridge contains a sufficient amount of skin care active to make several doses of a personalized skin care composition. The single-use pod contains a sufficient amount of base ingredient to make a single dose of personalized care composition. To provide a personalized skin care composition, one or more personalization factors are inputted into the system. The hermetically-sealed, single-use pod is placed in the dispensing device such that it is in fluid communication with the replaceable cartridge containing the skin care active. The skin care active(s) is transported to the single-dose pod and mixed with the mixing element. However, the mixing element does not come into contact with the ingredients inside the single-use pod. The resulting personalized skin care composition can then be dispensed to a user.
Squeezer and liquid discharge system and method
A squeezer and fluid discharge system and method are disclosed. The fluid discharge system includes a container, a liner bag, a squeezing device and a driving device, the liner bag is installed in the container, and the driving device is connected to the squeezing device and used to drive the squeezing device. The squeezing device comprises at least two rollers, and the liner bag is formed by welding a front panel and a rear panel and is provided with a discharge port which is arranged adjacent to the weld line at the bottom of the liner bag.
