Inhalers and Related Methods

An inhaler (10) has a main body for accommodating a medicament reservoir (84), a canister fire system for moving a canister (50) to release a dose in response to air flow, a cap housing (12) for enclosing the canister fire system and canister within an interior chamber defined by the main body (14) and a cap housing, wherein a lock system (250) is provided for locking the cap housing on the main body.

Threaded Tumbler Bottle Cap
20230002128 · 2023-01-05 ·

A threaded tumbler bottle cap includes a cap handle, a cap base, and a strainer. The cap base includes a flange, an annular wall, an opening, and a lateral wall. The lateral wall that threadedly attaches to a tumbler is perimetrically connected around the annular wall. The opening that allows the stored beverage to flow through concentrically traverses through the annular wall. The flange is concentrically positioned around the opening and externally connected onto the annular wall so that the stored beverage can be discharged from the tumbler. The strainer is internally engaged within the flange to keep the ice cubes within the tumbler. The cap handle is threadedly engaged around the lateral wall as the annular wall and the flange being enclosed by the cap handle. The flange is hermetically pressed against the cap handle thus preventing any leakage of stored beverage.

Dispensing closure with plug sealing and locking lug

A closure for a bottle includes an upper portion, a lower portion attached to the upper portion and including a flange extending inwardly from an interior wall of the lower portion, and the flange resides entirely within the lower portion. The closure further includes one or more grip elements located on an outer surface of the lower portion, and an annular sleeve disposed in the lower portion and including a set of interior threads.

Protrusion on Container Neck

A protrusion on a container neck is provided. The protrusion is configured to interface with hinged, tethered closures to bias the body of the closure away from the container neck.

Bottle cap spinning device

A bottle cap spinning device and method of operation provides: a spinning toy for entertainment; a container for containing a liquid, a candy, or a medicine; and an edible component for consumption. A bottle contains a liquid. A bottle cap caps the bottle while containing the candy and medicine. The bottle separates into a proximal cylinder, a distal cylinder, and a hub that positions between the cylinders. An edible member encapsulates the hub. A cord extends between the cylinders and carries the hub. Twisting the cord in a first direction generates torque, causing the hub to be rotatably carried towards the proximal cylinder. Twisting the cord in a second direction releases momentum from the torque, rotatably carrying the hub towards the distal cylinder. The cord is manipulated by rotating the cylinders. Drawing the cord taut or slackening the cord increases and decreases the angular and linear velocity of the hub.

Retort closure for a container

A closure includes a skirt defining an outer periphery of the closure and having an open bottom end configured to fit over the mouth of a receptacle, an end wall positioned atop the skirt to close a top end of the skirt and form a top face of the closure, one or more openings formed through the end wall, and a sealing rib formed on the top face and diametrically disposed outboard the one or more openings.

Synthetic resin cap, synthetic resin cap liner, closing device, and beverage-contained closing device

A synthetic resin cap comprises: a cap body having a top plate and a cylinder that is vertically lowered from the peripheral edge thereof; and a liner provided on a lower surface of the top plate. The liner has a flat plate; an inter-seal projection that contacts an inner-edge side of an opening end and has an outer-seal projection that contacts an outer-edge side of the opening end. An outer edge of the liner is spaced apart from the cylinder at an internal side and is formed to ensure a space between the outer edge and the cylinder. The outer diameter of the outer-seal projection is smaller than an outer diameter of the opening end.

CLOSURE
20220234789 · 2022-07-28 ·

The intention relates to a closure (1) for sealing of a neck finish (2) of a liquid container comprising a top deck (3) and an outer skirt (4) extending from the top deck (3) in an axial direction (z) away from the top deck (3) comprising at least one locking means (5) for engaging the closure (1) to the neck finish (2) of the liquid container. A with respect to the top deck (2) deformable primary sealing lip (6) is arranged on an inner surface (7) of the top deck (3) and extends in a circumferential manner along the inner surface (7) of the top deck (3). The primary sealing lip (6) comprises with respect to its cross-section a dorsal end (8) connected to the inner surface (7) of the top deck (3) and a free distal end (9) arranged opposite to the dorsal end (8), wherein the primary sealing lip (6) with respect to its cross section is arranged in an inclined manner facing inwardly. Furthermore, at least one supporting element (10) protrudes from the inner surface (7) of the top deck (3), said supporting element (10) being arranged coaxially to and at least partially in side of the primary sealing lip (6). The at least one supporting element (10) is configured to support the primary sealing lip (6) with respect to the neck finish (2) in an applied position of the closure (1).

Packaging sealing system and a packaging assembly including such a sealing system

A packaging assembly includes a container body defining an interior for housing a product and an opening leading to the interior. The assembly further includes a cap that moves with respect to the container body to move the assembly between a closed position in which the cap covers the opening, and an opened position in which the opening is exposed. A first seal (40) is defined between the container body and the cap. The first seal includes a protrusion (42) formed on one of the container body about the opening or the cap, and a groove (44) formed on the other of the container body about the opening or the cap. The protrusion is received by the groove when the assembly is in the closed position, such that contact is maintained in a sealing relationship around the opening between the groove and the protrusion.
