Tamper evident closure assembly
A closure assembly for a medical container having a sleeve with a tip cap disposed therein in an accessible position relative to an access opening. A cover is fixedly secured to one end of said sleeve, opposite to said access opening and a retainer is fixedly secured within the sleeve, adjacent the cover and in a removably retaining engagement with the tip cap. The removably retaining engagement includes the retainer having one or more segments disposed in retaining engagement with an exterior of the tip cap. Upon detachment of the tip cap from the retainer and the removal thereof from the sleeve, the one or more segments are separable from one another and/or a remainder of the retainer, while being maintained in a captured position within the sleeve.

STRUCTURE FOR ONE-TOUCH OPENING/CLOSING OF CAP AND CONTAINER
A structure for one-touch opening/closing of a cap and a container, which simplifies one-touch opening/closing structure, prevents the cap from being self-opened due to internal or external pressure of the container, and facilitates smooth opening of the cap, is provided. The structure includes: a container including an the inlet and an engaging ledge formed on an outer surface; and a cap including a sealing portion and a cover portion, the sealing portion including a hook formed thereon corresponding to the engaging ledge, and opening the inlet of the container while ascending and closing the inlet of the container while descending as the hook is put on the engaging ledge, the cover portion being formed as a barrel-shaped body for the sealing portion, whereby productivity and assemblability of a product are improved, convenience of use is improved, and product quality and market competitiveness are maximized.

Closures and vessels with closures
A closure can close an outlet of a vessel. The vessel outlet can comprise a tubular cavity with an interior surface. The closure can comprise a male portion comprising a distal undersized portion, a proximal oversized portion, and a taper between the undersized and oversized portion. The male portion can be inserted in the vessel outlet, undersized portion first. Interference between the inner diameter of the vessel outlet and the outer diameter of male portion can occur when the male portion is sufficiently inserted. The interference can cause the undersized portion to flare out and engage the interior surface of the tubular cavity, thereby providing a seal.

Child resistant can top
The present invention may comprise a main tab, a tab shield, a rim, an interior rim guard, and a tab finger port. The invention may further comprise breakable connectors among the tab, tab shield, rim, interior rim guard, and other structures, such that breakage of the connectors indicates access to a container after preventing or inhibiting access to a container, such as a beverage can.
