CONTAINER AND LID WITH AUDIBLE AND TACTILE FEEDBACK
A container with a lid includes at least one thread on a neck of the container; at least one thread on the lid; a bump at the lower part of the lid; an end stop on a lower end of the neck; and an engagement portion of the neck corresponding to an area where the bump of the lid will engage the neck when the lid is in a fully engaged position. The engagement portion is arranged such that audible feedback and tactile feedback are produced when the lid moves into a fully engaged position.
Detachable Recycling Container
The present invention provides dental amalgam recycling systems, useful for recycling particles from a dental liquid effluent drawn, for example, from a suctioning device.
SIPPY CUP HAVING A SPOUTLESS TRAINING LID ASSEMBLY
A spoutless training lid assembly of a sippy cup includes a collar and a valve. The collar is configured to couple to a vessel and has an outer wall, an inner wall, an upper portion configured to be located outside the vessel and including an upper peripheral rim and a lower portion configured to be located inside the vessel and including a lower peripheral edge. The collar includes a peripheral shelf located about the inner wall. The valve is inserted into the collar and includes a flexible gasket over-molded to a rigid baffle to form a single, separable component. The gasket extends from a plate of the baffle and terminates at an outer peripheral edge that engages with the rim of the collar. The baffle secures to the shelf and portions of a perimeter edge of the plate of the baffle abut the inner wall of the collar.
SEALED CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a packing unit in which a sealing function of the container unit is improved and a lid unit can be firmly fixed to the container unit, and a sealed container having it, when storing a variety of contents in a container unit. To this end, the sealed container includes a container unit having a containing space to contain contents, a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit, a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit, and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit.
JAR ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure is related to jars and containers and, more particularly, to the manufacture of readily recyclable jars and containers.
An exemplary jar is comprised of an aluminum base and a first aluminum inner cup provided with a first cavity defined with the aluminum base. An outer thread is provided about an exterior surface of the aluminum base, and an aluminum lid with a second aluminum inner cup is provided within a second cavity defined within the aluminum lid. An inner thread mateable with the outer thread is provided about an interior surface of the second aluminum inner cup.
A method of manufacturing readily recyclable jars can comprise providing a primary metal material and optionally applying a precoating to the primary metal material. The primary metal material may be formed into a jar with mating threads and a lid with mating threads. The primary metal material may optionally be finished. A liner may optionally be inserted. The lid and jar are then assembled, and a plastic cup may optionally be installed.
Beverage insulator and caddy
A beverage insulator has a main body that is configured to receive a beverage container. The main body has a bore with a helical groove formed therein. The helical groove is configured to facilitate a formation of one or more air pockets between the bore of the main body and the beverage container when disposed in the main body. The main body has a major interior surface formed from a plurality of angled walls. The angled walls may facilitate to grip the beverage container when disposed in the main body. A kit for a beverage insulator includes a beverage insulator and a caddy. The beverage insulator has a main body configured to receive a beverage container. The caddy has a holder configured to selectively receive the beverage insulator, and a shelving portion disposed on the holder. The shelving portion is configured to selectively receive a plurality of lids.
INSULATED CONTAINER APPARATUSES AND DEVICES
Apparatuses and devices for preventing heat transfer through fluids contained in a fluid container, a device of which includes an insulation system including a fluid container section for containing a liquid, a detachable insulation sleeve section for preventing heat transfer therethrough thereby maintaining temperature of the fluid contained within the fluid container, a lid section for preventing spillage of contents from the fluid container section, and optionally a straw for accessing those contents.
Liquid transfer device and method of use
A device for transferring liquids from between containers, and methods for its use. The device includes a body having an axis and first and second cap members at oppositely-disposed axial ends of the body. Cavities are present within the first and second cap members and define axial openings in the body. The cavities are coaxially aligned along the axis of the body and define interior walls within the first and second cap members on which female threads are formed. At least one fluid passage is within the body and fluidically interconnects the cavities. The axial openings in the body are configured to receive necks of first and second containers, and the female threads are configured to couple with male threads on the necks of the first and second containers such that the device physically couples the first and second containers together.
CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER AND CLOSURE
A child-resistant container and closure, wherein the container includes a base and an upstanding wall defining an inner volume of the container. The container has an open top for gaining access to the inner volume of the container. A cylindrical neck extends upwards from a periphery of the open top of the container. An outer surface of the neck has elongated L-shaped grooves each of which has a bump. A skirt of the closure has protrusions to engage with the elongated grooves for securing the closure to the container. The protrusions are slidably received within the elongated grooves, and the bump offers predetermined resistance to the respective protrusions. Such resistance is overcome by applying predetermined amount of torque to the closure, wherein a child does not have such strength to apply the predetermined amount of torque but an adult has.
Dual-purpose container closure
A dual-access closure for a beverage container has a body with a flexible rim adapted to snap over an upper rim of a beverage container, a sealed, elongated enclosure attached to an underside of the body, a first access element adapted to open and close a first opening passing through the body into the sealed, elongated enclosure, a vapor-producing apparatus within the sealed, elongated enclosure and coupled to the first opening, and a second access element adapted to open and close a second opening passing through the body, outside the sealed, elongated enclosure. With the body engaged to the top of the beverage container, a user is enabled to manipulate the first access interface to draw vapor from the vapor-producing apparatus, and to manipulate the second access element to ingest a beverage from the beverage container.
