A cap for a container with a hinged lid includes a first part and a second part that are snap-associated. The first part has a lower cylindrical portion and an upper cylindrical portion, and the second part includes a covering lid having an annular portion and a lid portion and a hinge arrangement therebetween, which includes a strip arranged in a window opening formed in the side surface of the lid portion and open towards the annular portion. The strip has weakened foldable end areas connected to the annular and lid portions, and a folding invitation line that divides the strip into two portions with a central recess therebetween. Folding invitation lines are also provided between the two portions of the strip and an end edge of the opening in the lid portion.

The lid cover includes a cap connectable with a connector body having a button constructed to be movable between a first position where the button engages the cap to close the connector body, and a second position where the button is separated from the cap to open up the cap. The locking mechanism includes a knob operably coupled to the button, and capable of moving between a locked position where the knob restrains the button within the first position, and an unlocked position where the knob allows the button to be released from the first position into the second position. The present invention is capable of locking the lid cover to prevent an unexpected opening of the lid cover.

The present invention is capable of locking the lid cover to prevent an unexpected opening of the lid cover.

A flip lid including a lid body is provided. The lid body can include a outlet through the lid body. A flap is rotatably connected to one side of the lid body. A rotating element is rotatably connected to the other side of the lid body. A resetting member urges the rotating element to a sealing position to seal against the outlet. An actuating member is disposed on a side of the rotating element facing the outlet. The flap includes an actuating protrusion. During a rotation of the flap, the actuating protrusion is in contact with the actuating member to cause the rotating element to rotate away from the sealing position to an unsealing position to break the seal with the outlet.
