Closure with liner
A closure for a container is provided with a top portion and a skirt depending from an outer periphery of the top portion. A generally circular rim extends downwards from the lower surface of the top portion. A liner is attached to the closure between an outer surface of the rim and an inner surface of the skirt. The liner is configured to provide a fluid tight seal for containers having varied neck dimensions and/or profiles. One or more projections extend into a space formed between the lower surface of the top portion, an inner surface of the skirt, and an outer surface of the rim, with the liner enveloping and being supported in the closure by the one or more projections.
Container closure with standard capsule
Container closure for a container (1), the container closure having at least one receiving chamber, for receiving a substance of liquid or powdery consistency, and having a mouthpiece (5) comprising a through-opening (13), characterized in that the container closure has an adapter (2), into which a capsule (3) having the substance is interchangeably inserted, and an actuating element (6) for actuating the capsule (3), wherein the capsule (3) has a housing forming the receiving chamber, in which a perforator (7) is arranged, and the housing has two openings, wherein one opening is closed by a closure film (8) and the second opening is closed by an end region of the perforator (7), wherein the actuating element (6) is operatively connected to the end region of the perforator (7) that closes the second opening of the capsule (3), and the adapter (2), the capsule (3) and the actuating element (6) form mutually separate components.
SPOUT FOR A PACKAGE, LID-SPOUT ASSEMBLY FOR A PACKAGE AND PACKAGE HAVING A SPOUT
There is described a spout for a package having a designated pour opening and being filled with a pourable product. The spout comprises at least a collar extending along a longitudinal axis, carrying a pouring outlet at a first axial end and an inlet opening for the pourable product at a second axial end and delimiting a flow channel for the pourable product extending between the pouring outlet and the inlet opening a closing element configured to interrupt a fluidic connection between the pouring outlet and the inlet opening. The closing element is interposed between the inlet opening and the pouring outlet and is rupturably fixed to an inner surface of the collar.
SPOUT FOR A PACKAGE, LID-SPOUT ASSEMBLY FOR A PACKAGE AND PACKAGE HAVING A SPOUT
A spout is for a package having a designated pour opening and being filled with a pourable product. The spout comprises a collar carrying a pouring outlet, an inlet opening and a closing element controllable between an active position in which the closing element interrupts a fluidic connection between the pouring outlet and the inlet opening and an inactive position in which the closing element is configured to allow a fluidic connection between the pouring outlet and the inlet opening. The closing element comprises a peripheral portion contacting prior to a first control of the closing element from the active position to the inactive position an inner surface of the collar along an initial contact portion. The inner surface comprises a main surface portion extending from the initial contact portion towards the pouring outlet and an auxiliary surface portion extending from the initial contact portion to the inlet opening.
Plastic cap and method for manufacturing same
A plastic cap, which is a highly producible one-piece type cap when molded, but becomes a two-piece type cap excellent in sealability and openability when used, and enables a small-diameter pouring opening to be formed, is provided. The plastic cap comprises: a cap body which is composed of a top plate section and a skirt section, has a pouring nozzle formed on an outer surface of the top plate section so as to surround an opening-scheduled portion, and is fitted and fixed to a container mouth; and a top lid composed of a top face, and a circumferential wall suspending from an outer peripheral edge of the top face. The top lid has, formed therein, a protrusion protruding downward from an inner surface of the top face and having an engaging portion on an outer surface thereof. The cap body has an inner plug formed therein. The inner plug is composed of an annular sidewall having an outer diameter enabling the annular sidewall to intimately contact an inner surface of the pouring nozzle; and a bottom formed at a lower part of the annular sidewall. The inner plug is formed integrally with the cap body via a breakable weakened portion at a position below a seal portion of the pouring nozzle having an inner diameter enabling the seal portion to intimately contact the inner plug. On an inner surface of the annular sidewall, an engaged portion vertically engageable with the engaging portion of the protrusion is formed.

SPOUT FOR A PACKAGE, LID-SPOUT ASSEMBLY FOR A PACKAGE AND PACKAGE HAVING A SPOUT
A spout comprises a collar carrying a pouring outlet and an inlet opening for the pourable product and delimiting a flow channel. The collar comprises an inner surface delimiting the flow channel. The inner surface comprises at least a main surface portion and a slanted surface portion. The main and slanted surface portions are such that a first intersection of a first intersection plane with the inner surface results in at least one first one-dimensional curve, a second intersection of a second intersection plane with the inner surface results in at least one second one-dimensional curve. The first and second one-dimensional curves each comprise respective first and second portions lying on respectively the slanted surface portion and the main surface portion. The first one-dimensional curve is superimposable on the second one-dimensional curve such that at least the respective first portions and the respective second portions are superposed.
ASSEMBLY COMPOSED OF A CONTAINER FOR A FLUID AND A DISPENSER PACKAGING
The present invention relates to an assembly composed of a container for a fluid and a dispenser packaging which makes it possible to receive said container and envelop it, at least partially, said container comprising a dispenser and at least one flexible wall, the container being suitable for dispensing said fluid by means of the dispenser by deforming said at least one flexible wall, the dispenser packaging being suitable so that at least part of said at least one flexible wall is accessible from outside of said dispenser packaging when the container is placed inside said dispenser packaging.

Mixing and dispensing container
A container 10 for mixing and dispensing of material having a liquid receptacle 14 and a plunger 18. The receptacle 14 has a front portion 36 and the plunger 18 has a forwardly projecting sharp protrusion 42 having a shaft 72 which terminates in a sharp outer end 78, 82. Upon the plunger 18 being depressed the sharp protrusion 42 pierces a front portion 36 of the liquid receptacle 14 and the liquid in the receptacle 14 is pushed hydraulically through the front portion 36 into a main chamber 17. Thus the liquid contacts material in the main chamber 17 to form a mixture. The plunger 18 can continue to be depressed so as to break the front portion 36 of the liquid receptacle 14 away and then push the material in the main chamber 17 towards a dispensing nozzle 26. The main chamber 17 has a frangible membrane 22 at a distal end 13 thereof which is hydraulically broken by pressure applied from the material in the main chamber 17 so that the material can be dispensed from the container 10. The container 10 is particularly envisaged for use with mixing and dispensing of dental materials.
