The tumbler bottle includes a cup having a side wall interior surface and bottom wall a convex interior surface. The cup side wall and bottom wall interior surfaces are joined by a smooth, arcuate interior transition surface to define a first mixing chamber. The tumbler bottle further includes a lid, removably connected with the cup. The lid includes a side wall interior surface and a top wall concave interior surface. The lid side wall and top wall interior surfaces are joined by a smooth, arcuate interior transition surface to define a second mixing chamber. The lid further includes a dispensing outlet and a closure. When coupled together the first mixing chamber and the second mixing chamber are in fluid communication and are configured to uniformly mix a liquid with one or more additives.

A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. The skirt includes an inner surface having a sealing formation. A band is concentric with and attached to the lower edge of the skirt by a plurality of frangible members. A tab is pivotally connected to an upper portion of the closure.

An apparatus for capping the tip of the nozzle of a caulking tube retained in a caulking gun to prevent the caulking tube from leaking caulking material such as latex or silicone during non-use. The apparatus has a cap portion, a housing portion, and a retractable flexible cord to provide a retractable cap to be used with the caulking tube placed in a caulking gun to prevent leakage when the caulking gun and caulking tube are not in use. The housing contains a retraction member which is placed under force when the cap is pulled away from the retraction member and placed over the tip of the caulking tube nozzle. When the cap is removed from the caulking tube nozzle, the tension from the retraction member causes the flexible cord to pull the cap to a location adjacent the housing so that the cap can be easily retrieved and not lost.

A sports bottle is described. The bottle includes a hollow body comprising a housing having a peripheral wall, a cylindrical drink holding chamber inside the peripheral wall; a plurality of mixing chamber in fluid communication with the drink holding chamber, each one of the mixing chambers being hemispherical chambers at opposed ends of the cylindrical drink holding chamber; and an outlet for dispensing drink from the drink holding chamber, the outlet being disposed on an outside of one of the mixing chambers and in fluid communication therewith. Also described is a sports bottle including a hollow body comprising a housing having a peripheral wall, a drink holding chamber inside the peripheral wall; an outlet for dispensing drink from the drink holding chamber, the outlet being disposed on an outside of the peripheral wall and in fluid communication with the drink holding chamber, a hold for storing solid nutrition supplements, the hold comprising a plurality of supplement chambers being separated from the drink holding chamber and disposed within the peripheral wall; and a supplement chamber selector to facilitate access through the peripheral wall to a selected one or more of the supplement chambers.

A dual-dispensing lid includes a pour orifice, a pour spout corresponding with the pour orifice, and a pour cap selectively detachable from direct contact with the pour spout. The pour cap seals the pour spout from fluid exiting the fluid container through the pour spout. The lid also includes a sip orifice and an elongated and resilient sip spout inserted through the sip orifice. A sip cap is selectively releasable from compression against the sip spout and selectively compressible against the sip spout in a manner that seals the sip spout from fluid exiting the fluid container through the sip spout.

Disclosed herein is a one-piece spout device and a method of making the same. A one-piece spout device may comprise a spout body, cap portion, and an air-vent portion. A method of making a one-piece spout device. may involve heating a resilient flexible material and molding it into the shape of a one-piece spout device. The one-piece spout device preferably provides an easy-to-use spout attachable to containers, including gas cans, which does not leak and remains resilient and flexible over a wide range of temperatures, and is long-lasting with repeated use.
