A tap dispenser assembly for use with a fluid container including a tap body, a spring button, and a valve. The tap body includes an attachment portion, a dispensing portion, and a fluid channel with an upper wall and a lower wall. The dispensing portion includes a valve stem guide and a guide support. The guide support is above the lower wall and/or the upper wall. The valve is connected to the spring button and is slidingly inserted into the valve stem guide. The tap dispenser assembly has a closed position where the spring button is not depressed and the valve seals the dispensing portion and an open position where the spring button is depressed and the seal between the valve and dispensing portion is broken, allowing fluid to flow from the tap dispenser assembly.

The upstand portion of the container storage and dispensing portion includes a wall defining a spout retaining portion defining an engaging end that is configured to retain a spout of a bag assembly. The spout retaining portion is spaced apart from the upper edge. A spout guiding portion extends from the upper edge to the spout retaining portion. The cover further includes a locking tab having a spout interfacing edge. Attaching the cover to the container assembly directs the locking tab over at least a portion of the spout guiding portion with the spout interfacing edge structurally configured to interface with a portion of the spout of the bag assembly, to retain the same in an engaging orientation.

A plug member integrally includes a base portion (35a) attached to a plug holder (31) to be mounted on a mouth portion of a container, a plug (34) engaged with an engagement portion (31c) provided in an outlet passage of the plug holder (31), and a resilient connection portion (35b) resiliently connecting the plug (34) to the base portion (35a). Before the first use, the outlet passage is closed with the plug member. In the first use, the container is squeezed to increase the internal pressure of the container. Thus, the plug (34) is disengaged from the engagement portion (31c) by the internal pressure. The outlet passage is thereafter constantly kept open.

POURER OF A CONTAINER

The invention relates to a pourer (1) of a container comprising a pouring nozzle (2) which forms a pouring channel and on the external thread (3) of which a covering cap (4) is screwed. A sealing stopper (6) which closes the pouring channel is guided non-rotatably and is vertically displaceable in the pouring channel of the pouring nozzle. The sealing stopper (6) is retained on the cap which is rotatable relative thereto, such that a screwing on of the cap leads to a lifting of the sealing stopper (6) in the pouring channel. The cap (4) has an upper opening in which the sealing stopper (6) lies with the upper end thereof. The upper end of the sealing stopper (6) has at least one tamper-evident part (7) which breaks off or breaks up when the cap is unscrewed relative to the non-rotatably retained sealing stopper.
