Embodiments of foldable containers, such as foldable produce containers, and related sheets and methods. In some embodiments, a sheet may comprise at least two adjacent, parallel, side panels, one of which may comprise a bendable tab, and the other of which may comprise a cutout configured to receive the bendable tab. This may allow for temporarily maintaining the two panels in position during a folding process to facilitate additional folding steps during the process. In some embodiments, a container may comprise one or more strapping flaps configured to facilitate tensioning of strapping material for strapping together multiple containers. These strapping flaps may be configured to engage a strapping material and may allow a single person to more easily tension the strapping material to strap multiple containers together.

The present invention relates to the field of the transportation and storage of goods and to temperature control systems for such, commonly referred to as cold chain systems or distribution. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system, apparatus and a method for a wet cold chain distribution system. There is a growing concern with the over-use of plastics in the packaging industry and the present invention seeks to provide a wet distribution box having being formed from a cardboard blank. The present invention seeks to provide a solution to the problems addressed above. The present invention also seeks to provide a temperature controlled transport/storage assembly that can be made from cardboard and recycled materials and be further re-used or recycled in due course.

The at least one top end flap is upwardly folded relative to the top panel to at least partially maintain a closed configuration of the carton in which the top panel is recessed below a portion of each of the front panel, the back panel, and the at least one side panel to form a recessed top portion for receiving a portion of a vertically adjacent carton.

Likewise, the two sixth side wall portions are provided. The first cupholder portion is disposed at the first corner between the first and second side wall portions, and comprises a horizontal cut-out over the second side wall portion and the fifth side wall portion, which is pushed inwards forming a cupholding space. The horizontal cut-out of the first cupholder portion is disposed through a middle high portion of the first corner.

In some embodiments, the top wall of the container may comprise a first plurality of vent openings and the bottom wall may comprise a second plurality of vent openings. One or more of the first plurality of vent openings is configured to be aligned with one or more of a plurality of vent openings formed in a bottom wall of an adjacent container positioned above the container in a column-stacked configuration, and one or more of the first plurality of vent openings is configured to be aligned with one or more of the plurality of vent openings of the adjacent container in a cross-stacked configuration. Various stacking tabs/openings may also be provided, which may be configured to facilitate either cross or column stacking, as desired.

The flap includes a stacking tab that is movable between a use position in which the stacking tab protrudes through a mounting slot and a hidden position in which the stacking tab does not protrude from the storage box. The storage box allows the stacking tabs to be used only when necessary and not protruding from the storage box when not in use.
