A container having a stack of eye shields, includes a stack of eye shields having a plurality of eye shields stacked one on top of another. The stack of eye shields is in a sloped configuration in which ear pieces of frames of the eye shields are generally aligned with one another and disposed at an angle relative to horizontal of from about 10 to about 35 degrees. A container is provided having a horizontal bottom onto which the stack of eye shields is supported, the container having a top opposite the bottom, the top being sloped to be substantially parallel to the ear pieces of the eye shields of the stack of eye shields.

The method includes a blank with sidewall panels, a first foot panel connected to a first one of the sidewall panels, a platform panel connected to the first foot panel, and a second foot panel connected to the platform panel, the method including first folding the sidewall panels and connecting respective side edges of the sidewall panels to form sidewalls of a package, second folding the platform panel to fit within a first end of the sidewalls so that the first foot panel and the second foot panel each at least partially press against a respective one of the sidewalls, and connecting the second foot panel to one of the sidewalls to stabilize the platform panel within the first end.

The present invention relates to a packaging case comprising: an inner case having at least three sidewalls for packaging products; and an outer case having support pieces supporting the pair of inner case sidewalls, which face each other, so as to prevent the movement of the inner case, encompassing the remaining region, which excludes the inner case sidewalls supported by the support pieces, and accommodating and packaging the inner case, wherein the support pieces are foldably provided to the outer case.

Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.

An improved shipping article includes a single piece of substantially planar material with parallel scores formed therein thereby defining substantially planar sections of the shipping article, the planar sections of the shipping article defining, when the piece of substantially planar material is folded along the parallel scores, a first pair of opposing, substantially parallel, spaced-apart sides, a second pair of opposing, substantially parallel, spaced-apart sides that are substantially perpendicular to the first pair of sides, and a pair of dividing walls located adjacent each other and dividing a compartment formed by the first and second pairs of sides into two sub-compartments. A top extension is sized and shaped to fold down to form a top of one of the sub-compartments. Each of the top extensions includes a hole therein sized to receive a human finger or thumb to facilitate lifting, and shelves form sub-sub-compartments.

The present invention provides an eye shield dispenser. The dispenser includes a tower portion including a front wall, a back wall, a top wall, a bottom wall, and a pair of side walls, and an insert portion located within the tower portion, the insert portion including a front wall, and a pair side of walls attached to opposite edges of the front wall. The dispenser also includes an opening in a portion of the tower portion, and at least one tab located in the opening. The tower portion and insert portion are preferably made from a single blank of material. In another embodiment, the insert portion includes a front wall, and a first wing and a second wing attached to opposite edges of the front wall.

Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. A wrap around container for holding an electronic device has a substantially rectangular panel comprising a device receiving portion at one end of the panel, a fixing portion at the opposite end of the panel, and a wrap around portion in between. A pair of flaps extend from opposite sides of the device receiving portion of the panel, each side being on a respective longitudinal edge of the rectangular panel. Each flap is arranged to be folded into a closed position where the flap is over at least a part of the device receiving portion and an upper surface of a device when placed on the device receiving portion. The wrap around portion is arranged to wrap at least over the flaps in the closed position and the fixing portion is arranged to be fixed to an outside of the container after wrapping of the wrap around portion to close the container. Foam means extend over at least part of the device receiving portion and onto the surface of each flap facing the device receiving portion when in the closed position so as to form a foam barrier between a device placed on the device receiving portion and the device receiving portion and the closed flaps. The foam means are attached to the device receiving portion and the two flaps and the foam means is configured to be peelable away from the container when the container is open.
