Individualized packaging
A rectangular blank has sides X and Y, where a and b are side dimensions, h is height, and r is width, or width reduced by height h, of the periphery region R of the finished packaging. The method includes: producing folding lines B in the blank parallel to side Y at these distances from the latter: B.sub.1: a.sub.1=h; B.sub.2: a.sub.2=h+a; B.sub.3: a.sub.3=2h+a; severing of two severing lines T, each starting from opposite sides X, along one of the folding lines B, or the extension thereof; selecting the distance between two end points E.sub.T of the severing lines T which are closer to an axis of symmetry S.sub.1 parallel to the side X, such that the distance corresponds to a side B″ of the finished packaging or length of a side M of a packaging insert.
Fold-Flat Carrying Box
The present invention disclosed a fold-flat carrying box that's easy to store and transport. When it comes time to use a carrying box, it can easily be folded up, along with the pre-made fold lines, into a box-shape container and ready for customers' need. The materials for the carrying box can be made from paper of suitable stock, or plastic or other flexible materials, greatly increasing the ease of use and lowering the cost of storage and transportation.
Trays For Food Products And Related Systems And Methods
A tray for holding one or more food products includes a plurality of panels including a central panel, at least one attachment panel in at least partial face-to-face contact with a portion of the central panel, at least one side panel foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, at least one end panel foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, and at least one bottom panel foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, the at least one side panel intersecting the at least one end panel to at least partially form a sidewall of the tray extending around an interior of the tray, the at least one bottom panel at least partially forming a bottom wall of the tray, and tray engaging features for at least partially supporting another tray in the interior of the tray.
Carton with impact-resistant features
A carton for holding one or more articles, the carton including a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton and at least partially forming a body portion of the carton, a plurality of impact-resistant panels foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, and a plurality of end flaps for forming a closed end of the carton. The plurality of end flaps includes a first end flap foldably connected to an impact-resistant panel of the plurality of impact-resistant panels and a second end flap foldably connected to a panel of the plurality of panels, a lateral edge of the second end flap is a folding edge about which the first end flap is folded to at least partially form the closed end.
Individualized packaging
A method for producing reusable packaging from a carton. A rectangular blank has sides X and Y, a total area xy, 2(a+h)≤x≤3(a+h)+a, and y−2(h+r)≤b≤y, where a and b are side dimensions, h is height, and r is width, or width reduced by height h, of the periphery region R of the finished packaging. The method includes: producing folding lines B in the blank parallel to a first side Y at these distances from the latter: B.sub.1: a.sub.1=h; B.sub.2: a.sub.2=h+a; B.sub.3: a.sub.3=2h+a; severing of two severing lines T, each starting from opposite sides X, along one of the folding lines B, or the extension thereof; selecting the distance between two end points E.sub.T of the severing lines T which are closer to an axis of symmetry S.sub.1, which is parallel to the side X, such that the distance corresponds to a side B″ of the finished packaging or length of a side M of a packaging insert.
CARTON WITH FIRST HINGE PANEL AND SECOND HINGE PANEL
The method includes first folding a top panel and a top hinge panel about a back panel and adhesively connecting the top hinge panel the back panel to form a first hinge, second folding a bottom panel and a bottom hinge panel about the back panel and adhesively connecting the bottom hinge panel to the back panel to form a second hinge, the first hinge and the second hinge being on first opposing edges of the back panel, and third folding a first side panel and a second side panel about the back panel to form a first wall and a second wall of a carton, the first wall and the second wall being on second opposing edges of the back panel.
Carton with first hinge panel and second hinge panel
The carton includes a back panel, a first inner panel, a first surface of the first inner panel contacting a second surface of the back panel, and walls positioned on sides of the back panel, the walls, the back panel and the first inner panel collectively defining a recess. The walls includes a first hinge panel connecting a top panel to the back panel, a second hinge panel connecting a bottom panel to the back panel, a first side panel and a second side panel each connected to the back panel, a top front panel connecting a second inner panel to the top panel, a third surface of the second inner panel contacting the second surface of the back panel, and a fourth surface of the first hinge panel and a fifth surface of the second hinge panel connected to the back panel.
